We ordered 2, on one, the bottom door hinges were damaged in shipping which makes the door want to fly open and on the 2nd, it was missing a gasket which when turned on, sprayed water everywhere. Returning this one, ordering a new one with fingers crossed!

Works great. Plenty of water for our family — we drink over 6 gallons per day. We had to adjust bottle filling times, but WELL worth the change when compared to the cost of delivery. We will pay off the ENTIRE cost in eight months at the same charge for delivery.
