Looks good, works wellThe only thing is that you need to press the buttons hard to get water. But maybe it was a design for safety consideration

The product seemed fine when unpacked except the UV filter in the back was hanging by the tubes only. I was curious why it was not attached firmly and tried to figure out if it came off from a clamp or a fixture, which I could not find. So I let it lay as such and continued the install per instruction. Another thing I noticed was that this carbon filter had its own power supply, so the unit had two power chords, which seemed real strange. I could not power this UV filter because I had only one outlet socket available, so I figure I would connect it later, which turned out to be a blessing. After all setup and flushing, the unit was up and running. All of sudden floor was flooded with water gushing out from the unit somewhere. I shut off the water supply and checked all tube connections which seemed secure. After some investigation I found out that the UV filter head thread was a bit loose so I tried to tighten it, then I noticed a couple of broken glasses falling off. The UV filter glass tubes inside was broken badly. Upon further inspection, I noticed a loose zip tie hanging nearby. Apparently the filter came off during the shipment. I took some photos, then reassembled the unit bypassing the broken filter. The unit was up and running fine afterwards.I called HomeDepot the following day and they gave me some credit (about 25%) for the broken filter along with a number to call; 786-235-2518. Blue support (Marvin) told me that the UV filter is not needed for city water supply and meant for wells and such, but they would ship a new UV filter free of charge. I was happy with overall services from both HomeDepot and Blueline. Nonetheless I give four stars because the UV filter seemed an add on with its own power supply as an after thought; not well engineered. If a UV filter is not included, it could be five stars.
