I bought this in my old home. It worked well. One filter had leaked but the company sent me a new one and it worked fine., The seating of filter was off. The leak was very obvious during set up, so it was not a hidden danger. Hot and cold functions work well. Set up was easy. Make sure you have a drain for the waste water with RO. Its a good buy. My wife loves it. She fills up right before her gym class every day.

I bought this for heavy home use. We have a large family that drinks a lot of water… and we’re kinda water snobs which is a recipe that makes several tough critics. We’ve had our G5RO cooler installed for a week now and we LOVE it. Before we filled jugs of RO filtered water at a commercial filter (a pain) and we were concerned if this would produce the same quality. It did take a few cycles for the taste to reach peak taste, but that was expected. This produces GREAT tasting water. It’s a wonderful convenience having hot and cold RO water at our fingertips. I was a slightly concerned about installation, but it was easy fairly to install if you take your time and are semi-handy with plumbing projects. It’s only been one week, but at this point I would HIGHLY recommend the G5RO water cooler.
