purchased this drive for a film project and it worked great in the field when connected to the laptop, however, when connected to the video editing computer it would not show the files turns out, Monterey (Apple’s latest OS) has a known issue which makes this drive unusable until that’s fixed so…great drive, fast and reliable on the laptop. looking forward to being able to fully use it in the full workflow once the issue is fixed

I usually spend quite a bit of time reading reviews, but NEVER wrote one. Well it’s a tiny little thing but seems powerful. I was looking at approx 1-2 other SSD External Drive manufacturers, but simply trying to reach them to reach Support for Q&A seems tedious. The Support team at Glyph is SUPERB + I got a good deal at B&H and this Drive is a Beast. My only caveat was the short cable, but later I realized why. I would BUY another Glyph drive again.

I have several of these for live audio recordings. 32 tracks no problem.

I do location recording for orchestras with 32 channels at a time. These work great and I have several. I teach sound at a major University and advise students this is a good choice. They ask me what to get after their drive crashes with all their work gone. I had an old FW 800 have issues and Glyph recovered and replaced the drive at no charge.
