The three-pack of Nest Wifi has given the desired strong Wifi signal throughout the house. It was easy to set up. However, due to this all being on one side of the modem/router I had has caused me to lose the ability to see an ethernet computer and print to the printer that is connected via USB to that computer. If you understand and can use a bridge, you can get around that, but I can’t. So I have to change which network I connect to if I want to print. A new Wifi printer will solve that eventually.

Love how easy to set up and use. One thing that would greatly improve the product for me would be the ability to throttle bandwidth on the Guest Network.

We purchased a number of these as our house is very long and our wifi doesn’t reach the corners of the house. It cuts out all the time and we lose connection even though the wifi from our wifi provider is working fine. We are looking for other solutions after sprending quite a bit of money on these. Very disappointed.

In my opinion Google Wifi for the prize it’s a good product and for most of people it will work fine I used to have a six google Wi-Fi but when I switch to Nest Wi-Fi I only need three for a better coverage than six google Wi-Fi I guess nest Wi-Fi has more range

Device eliminated the buffering I was experiencing.

I am open to suggestions, but I am not getting the connectivity I expected. The mesh system only has 1 port, so I cannot connect my Metrocel for my cellular service or my switch as I have network drops in my home. So I am forced to keep my cable company rented router. I set it up and now have two routers on my network and not getting any more throughput than I was without the mesh system. Could be that I did not have a need for this system, or unable to setup as I anticipated.

Did exactly what it was supposed to. No more dead spots in the house and no more resetting the router EVERY DAY.

The router that my cable company provided simply didn’t produce a signal strong enough to reach throughout my home. The three pack from google gives us a strong signal in every room. I also run an Ethernet line directly into one of the routers for my home office, which allows for lightning fast speeds.

I’ve got 6 Google WiFi’s at my house and until recently they worked flawlessly. The moment I had an issue I called Google technical support and got the worst support imaginable. No call backs or followups whatsoever. Submitted my diagnostic logs and never heard back, not even after two weeks when I called them back. After I contacted them 4 times about the same issue I was told that I would need to resubmit the logs again. Bought myself a different system (Eero Pro 6) and haven’t looked back. Disappointed because I really did enjoy this system for years.

I was having trouble with internet buffering and bought a cheap WiFi extender and struggled to connect and still had issues. This wonderful little google WiFi was easy to set up and now there is no more buffering! It’s secure and attractive looking. The only issue I have is the light it gives off at night. I need to fiddle with the app and turn that off as it’s in our spare bedroom. I don’t want to keep my guest awake.

I’ve had 3 units for a while now. Worked great until recently. The transition from the old Wifi app to Home didn’t work right so I was stuck in limbo unable to use the old app or new app. I had do a factory reset on my units and redo my setup to get back online. Unfortunately that forced me to factory reset and set up all my smart devices again.

This has helped the WiFi access in my house tremendously!! i absolutely love the sleek design and the ease to set up… this was so easy and works great!! I highly recommend this to anyone who may need this… it works so well!

My hubby is very happy with the Google Wifi. Says set up was no problem and very simple. . Although we have just one it works fine in our home. For larger homes it might be even better to have more than one.

I do not have the connectivity I thought I was paying for, partially because it is so challenging to hook up the additional echo spots. Maybe when I have a few hours this weekend, I can get it working.

Wifi is incredibly fast with these plugged in. 3 floors and all are consistently lighting fast

Prior to switching to the Google wifi system, our home network was slow and frequently dropped the Internet connection. Since installing Google, the connection has been solid — not dropped once. I’m pleased to recommend this system.

The.Google Wifi has been working really well for me. Recently I had some repairs in my condo where there was no AC and the Wifi continued to work flawlessly. The room temperature was in the mid 90’s fahrenheit. The initial setup using the Home App was not as intuitive as it should be so I dropped my rating a notch. Nevertheless it is a great product and I would highly recommend it.

I’ve had the Google WiFi for quite some time. The problem is the model I have is very outdated. It is very stable (although limited in features). My big issue is the new Google Nest doesn’t have WiFi6 nor does it appear to have a wired port to connect devices with. This is very limiting and I won’t buy the new one until it does.

Google WiFi is not reliable. WiFi points with a “great” connection change to “weak” for no apparent reason. One or multiple WiFi points drop to “offline” status, also for no apparent reason. The range of WiFi points is extremely limited. Even points just one room away from a “great” point have “weak” connections. The system occasionally drops its (wired) connection to the cable modem. It’s completely frustrating for video conferencing. Even with 12 WiFi points there are “dead” spots. I wish I did not have so much money invested in the Google/Nest infrastructure.

If i know the lack of features i would have gone with a different vendor. Overall these units work well and are made to be idiot proof. However, many advanced features are simply not available…..for example, no ability to disable 2Ghz and only run 5Ghz, no control of channels, no firewall capabilities, etc, etc. But they are super easy to get going and made to truly be idiot proof. One other feedback is that google is sunsetting the Google Wifi app and forcing to move to Google Home. UI is lack luster and not as friendly. I gave it 3/5 due to lack of features and truly whish i had gone with a different vendor…….
