Great coverage. Easy setup. Reliable WiFi. Recommend.

Never gave a problem with it. The range is amazing and it is so easy to setup. I have mine in the basement and I can still get signal across the street all this with only using one module no mesh.

I had a wireless router with a few additional older wireless access points plugged into the house, but was still only getting around 10MB speed in the furthest locations of the house. The Google wifi units are great because you don’t have to run an ethernet plug to additional points and the speed was night and day difference. I am now getting over 140MB speed in the same areas. Setup on the app was quick and easy too!

Moderately priced with a fairly simple smartphone installation ( and expansion capability) and great performing wifi enhancement, people buying this system will not be disappointed. I’ve had mine installed for several years and recently added another access point to it. It’s significantly better than any other wifi expansion of tried. Well worth the money!

It can get most of the way across my pretty long house, even with lots of obstructions. Speeds are also very good when right next to it, better than my other access point.

Everything works great. Wishing it was a wifi 6 system but in terms of speed it is very fast.

After struggling with all brands of wireless routers, I decided to try Google routers. After all most of my electronics are compatible with Google home. Thus was the best decision I made. I have not had any issues with loss of communication and all.my equipment is connected at all time.

I knew it was time to upgrade my obsolete apple airport wifi. After a bit of research I settled on the google mesh wifi. The installation was a snap and my wifi coverage is excellent. I’m very happy with my google mesh wifi and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy install and whole house wifi coverage.

This is by far the best router Wi-Fi network I have ever bought. I love the integration with the Home app and the fact that you can just add additional pods to increase the penetration of your net work in the size of your networks. Being able to control all your devices through the app helps with me keeping kids under control with devices and not letting the devices control my kids. This is a great purchase anyone that uses the Internet should buy a Google Wi-Fi

Setup was a breeze. Works well with my nest mesh setup

I had issues with internet connectivity now things are awesome!!

This product works as advertised. It has helped bring a boosted wifi signal to my upstairs rooms that my ISP equipment fails to do. I will be adding a third Google Wifi to complete my coverage upstairs in the near future. Many house layouts will introduce too many obstructions that will need to be compensated for with additional units. My house is 1400 square feet and 3 Google Wifi units plus my ISP router is what my layout requires.
Mercedes Lueilwitz (verified owner) –
I have absolutely no complaints. The product works as or better than expected.

Easy setup. Life saver when you move apartments and move your internet service.

So easy to set up, great coverage, automatic syncing. Take your Old Orbis and throw them in the trash! Love love love.

I have three points in my 2-story, 2200 sq ft house. The coverage is okay, but the download speeds are dismal. I have gigabit internet service and my average DL speed to device is around 80mbps. If I connect directly to the WiFi modem, my DL speeds are close to 800mbps. Would not recommend.

I have an existing google nest system which was not able to fully cover the home as my main router has to be in the basement quite far from the garage where I needed to install a wireless dependent sprinkler controller. This 3 pack covers the whole house now and signal exceeds my expectations. If there is existing cat5 cable running through the house then connecting the additional nest router points to the cable gets even better signal than just wirelessly connecting the WiFi points to each other.

Pros:Incredible range. I am able to connect a laptop and stream video at 100′ outside of the house. Good and bad here, make sure that you secure your network.Good coverage in the house with multiple devices. 6 laptops, 3 TVs, 5 phones, network printer multiple Google Homes and more all connected and often times streaming simultaneously, no problems.Cons:Only 1 ethernet port per device.Automatically tries to connect at 5 gHz. This can be a problem with older wireless devices (like my grill controller) which only connect at 2.5 gHz. I wish there was a way to select at which frequency you connect. I know this can be overcome by moving farther away from my network, but its a pain all the same…Overall, I feel that this is a very good wifi system and would recommend it to others.

I’ve had this system for about 3yrs now, perhaps that’s the life expectancy for these products, I don’t know. But for the past 12 months or more I’ve had nothing but issues with these products. They lose connection CONSTANTLY, they rarely worked with the original dedicated wifi app and are now even less reliable (hard to believe) when managed via the Google Home app. Neither app allows much for way of troubleshooting issues. As far as I’m concerned the QA process at Google has decided to take an extended leave of absense. Seriously, do not buy this product.
