I am not a techy person. So I will not break it out about how fast my internet is. I honestly judged about how fast my webpages loaded on my tablet when 3 other people are playing on their phones. My tablet didn’t have glitches…..that’s an improvement. Also, I never got coverage in my garage (router is on 3rd floor). And now I have coverage in garage. IMPROVEMENT!

Works great and love that all the wifi pts have an ethernet connection.

I purchased the google nest wifi to use as an extension point in my garage for the wifi so that my cameras and such would have better signals it has worked perfectly for this situation.

Easy Setup but with a neighbor that has powerful router and uses static channels on his equipment; I have issues with my Google Wi Fi. Wish I could customize some to work around issues like this. My equipment searches for an available channel but he uses them all causing me wi fi signal loss. Have other google equipment and would like to maintain one product. Until this addition, I didn’t have issues with the system.

I’ve been using my Google WiFi mesh system for the past couple years now. It has worked flawlessly. Because I built the house and wired cat5e I was able to connect 2 additional points wired. This gave me maximum bandwidth as my additional points didn’t have to handle double the bandwidth. Then, I moved to a new house that wasn’t hard-wired. Now I had to be much more careful about the placement of additional points. I ended up buying a 3rd additional point to get better coverage.I am very pleased with the performance and cost in both houses (wired and non-wired) installations.

THIS WAS VERY EASY TO SET UP! 3 steps and downloading an app and you are ready to go. I have trouble getting full wifi in all areas of my home and this has helped tremendously. you can set up networks for your family and a guest one as well. I have hooked up my roomba to the google wifi as well and it works great.

After a bad experience with another mesh router who shall remain nameless, I gave Google a try. Installation of a three router system was a snap and it seamlessly synced with the various with all other products throughout the house. So far so good.

These Google WIFI’s just work. I have 3 and they play very nicely with all of my devices.

I have had Google WiFi for over a year now, in that year I have had to Factory RESET all 9 of my devices countless times for various power outages and things like router updates/upgrades.SO the only fix I came up with while gutting support from Google Support, I had to spend more money for a server grade APC UPC battery backup.

So this is amazing. It was made our wifi work in places that it hasnt. I can even stop my daughter from using the internet when i don’t want her to. I also can restrict things that i don’t want her to access. Its not a eye sore and doesn’t take up a whole lot of space. Comes with instructions and a app that is very easy to understand and use. I set it up myself and was using it in minutes.

Lately my wifi has not been consistent or working great. I have tried to trouble shoot with a Google wifi support specialist I’ve the phone and then We had a Google fiber technician come to our house. Neither one solved our problems completely and we still get slow service on our wireless devices even with 1 gigabit Google fiber.

Great product! Everyone needs this product ! I haven’t had any problems!

Get great wifi throughout the house using a meshed network, but there is a few times it messed with the Google home and cast enabled devices. Everything just starts and pauses instantly (i.e. music and video). Only solution is to restart the google wifi devices.

We were not able to get good signal in the guest suite and now it’s working great! But we always have this group speaker issue with the nest speakers.

Great WIFI but wired connection sucks! I have a 1600sqft home with Google nest Wi-Fi router as my main, 1 nest puck and 3 google wifi routers. I have a 1000g switch connected to the Google nest Wi-Fi router and anything connected to that the speed is cut by over half. I’ve looked at forums and have tried all troubleshooting techniques. Even just hardwiring my computer from the nest, removing the switch from the equation, speed is cut by over half so it must share the same processor for upstream and downstream and just can’t keep up. Disappointed!
Deborah Batz (verified owner) –
Easy to set up and unmatched speeds. Went from 30 Mbps or less on different mesh system to 220 Mbps on all devices. Fantastic coverage, gaming use is phenomenal. Great product. Thanks

i could not get google to connect when I moved. I never reconnected successfully. It worked fine on my old network.
