This is a great product! Our internet hub is set up in the basement and we live in a 2 story home. We tend to hang out on the main and upper floors a lot more and it’s tough to get good connection especially on the top floor. This device works great, we put it on the top floor and instantly saw better connection and speed!

The “upgrade” to the Wifi points from the network boxes definitely was a downgrade in wifi performance. Webpages clock before loading. Google needs to resolve this. Very disappointing.

I’m very disappointed. both in coverage and consistency. The speed and connectivity is great for main router but the mesh is weak despite placing 1st node just 40′ away at about same height with line of sight.. sometimes This node is great connection, sometimes just good. Next one only 20′ away, albeit though (usually open) window never better than fair connection. A 3rd point is in bedroom adjacent to 1st that ranges from fair to great.

Had other systems and always had issues or slow network. Purchased the three puck Google package. Was easiest to set up, use and manage. Works with all devices on network. Set up was done in less than ten minutes through the app my the phone. Love it.

It is entirely possible that there is an explanation on why, at times, the connection quits. It may Comcast or Google but I do not have any way of checking it. Overall I’m satisfied. The other comment is the range. Depending on the impediments on the way it may be greater than about 50 ft. In my case that’s the best I can do.

1 of the nodes won’t turn green and another won’t connect. So I have three of five working after a move. Overall the product seems to work well. Even with three nodes I have fairly good coverage of 2700 sqft.
