Have a stable, reliable wireless network signal by installing the Google Wifi Mesh System in your home. Comprised of three devices for up to 4500 square feet of coverage, each 802.11ac Wi-Fi point supports a maximum data throughput of 1200 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signal bands. They can be individually configured to perform as a router or as satellites for your mesh network. Each is equipped with a quad-core ARM processor with 512MB of memory to handle up to 100 connected devices simultaneously with beamforming to deliver smooth 4K video streaming, video chats, online gaming experiences, and more throughout your home. Installing the Google Wifi wireless mesh network system is designed to be straightforward and easy. Simply connect the router to your modem, position each satellite throughout your home for optimal coverage, then use the Google Home app to configure the wireless network. The Google Wifi devices also include two Gigabit Ethernet ports—one connects to your modem while the other works as an access point for wired network devices such as computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, and more. Your wireless signal is secured with WPA3 encryption.

Easy to set up. Three covers the whole house nicely. The only problem is not duel band. My smart devices are 2.4 and do not play well with the mesh.

We replaced our older router with the google wifi router and it works great. We are getting considerably faster internet speed than before. We only have one google WiFi but plan to add more to create the mesh wireless system to see if signal can be strengthened on the ends of the house. Currently the google wifi router is in the middle of house in the office and it has a great reach to all areas of your 1,800 sq ft home. The entire setup was very easy less than 10 minutes. Plug the google wifi into your modem, plug google wifi into electrical outlet and then use google home app to complete setup process.

I have 3 wifi devices, very easy to setup and the app I can schedule with any devices to stop the internet.

I received Google Wifi & glad I did. This gadget gives me a boost in my Wifi like I wouldnt believe. We have poor service in our Rural area & with Google Wifi it speeds things up. Internet is easier to access even when I’m outdoors. I highly recommend !!!!

Easy to install and monitor. Perfect for smaller home and fixed the buffering on our streaming television upstairs.

I recently replaced Google fiber WiFi with Google WiFi due to an free upgrade. Now dead zones in our is eliminated.

I have had Google fiber for several years now and have never had a problem. It is always on, always does what it is supposed to do and I like it very much. It is the first fiber service I have ever used and I am completely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend anyone try it out and see how they like it.

Setup was a breeze. Works well with my nest mesh setup

I could not reliably connect to my outdoor security cameras, and wifi speeds were barely double digits(low 20Mbs). After installing the mesh I connect seamlessly to my security cameras, and my wifi is in 450Mbs ranges on my s21 phone! Love it.

I had hard wired each access point and created a mesh network in my home in hopes to have high speed internet everywhere in my house. However, even having each access point hardwired the network speeds perform slower than just using my rented xfinity WAP/Router combo.

First of all, Google…. just the best at what they do – love it or hate it it’s a fact. The product themselves physically are very appealing and fit in any home/business – including mounts to bracket out of sight. Set up – incredibly simple; Controls from Google Home App…Performance – fantastic and support/technical upgrades are automatic through the app.Why would you try something else when google offers this?

This review is more about how helpful individuals were, when setting up and troubleshooting. The Google team has gone above and beyond some standards to proved tremendous service to an already great device.

I went to the Google walk-in center for advice on how to improve my Wi-Fi coverage in my house. My router was in the basement and on the opposite side of the house on the main floor and especially on the second floor the reception was either zero or just minimal and was very intermittent. The agent recommended Google Wi-Fi extenders because we want to keep our Google TV. The reception now is excellent. No dropped signals. Full bars. We are very happy with it.No way to improve on this one!

Super easy to set up and just as smart as advertised. The network is also very reliable and fast. I appreciate being able to control it with a nice app instead of the usual clunky app or web portal. A small thing I like is that there is even a setting to adjust the brightness of the status LED. I live in a one-room apartment and by default the LED was obnoxiously bright at night! But it ended up not being an issue since I could turn it down.

We had to switch from Google FiberTV and Internet to the new equipment. It’s terrible. Our coverage is worse, signal reliability is also horrible, and adding a second Nest won’t work if you have Apple iOS and the Google Home app. Google knows there is an issue but nobody has a fix. I’ve been on Tech Support calls and had two visits. No fix. You know what works? My parents XFinity Internet and my in-laws Spectrum Cable internet. We all live in the KC area. I was a massive Google evangelist and now we are exploring other internet providers. If you are looking at Google over other providers, take a serious look at the other providers.

Great product improved my WiFi by ten times easy to set up love it

I am not a techy person. So I will not break it out about how fast my internet is. I honestly judged about how fast my webpages loaded on my tablet when 3 other people are playing on their phones. My tablet didn’t have glitches…..that’s an improvement. Also, I never got coverage in my garage (router is on 3rd floor). And now I have coverage in garage. IMPROVEMENT!

The google home app has less wifi information than the wifi app. For example you can not see what device ps are connected to which points.
Krystel Lemke (verified owner) –
My plan is for 200 mbps I’m getting 244 consistently! Also I have never lost my connection. I bought a 3 pack so far only using one. I might deploy one in my basement just to get a stronger signal even though it is pretty good down there with the one I have connected. I am running 9 devices pretty constantly. It just works !!

One of the best and cost effective solution for extending my Wi_Fi range at home.
