Have a stable, reliable wireless network signal by installing the Google Wifi Mesh System in your home. Comprised of three devices for up to 4500 square feet of coverage, each 802.11ac Wi-Fi point supports a maximum data throughput of 1200 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signal bands. They can be individually configured to perform as a router or as satellites for your mesh network. Each is equipped with a quad-core ARM processor with 512MB of memory to handle up to 100 connected devices simultaneously with beamforming to deliver smooth 4K video streaming, video chats, online gaming experiences, and more throughout your home. Installing the Google Wifi wireless mesh network system is designed to be straightforward and easy. Simply connect the router to your modem, position each satellite throughout your home for optimal coverage, then use the Google Home app to configure the wireless network. The Google Wifi devices also include two Gigabit Ethernet ports—one connects to your modem while the other works as an access point for wired network devices such as computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, and more. Your wireless signal is secured with WPA3 encryption.

Nashwell Cafe would become a walking nightmare with multiple virtual assistants answering unwanted requests for information and talking over each other. To avoid this living hell we have opted for the Google WiFi option, where simple mesh coverage and an allowance for devices expand the wireless internet from our Netgear Nighthawk wireless modem. Google WiFi provides the extra coverage and service for devices we need without the undesired Google Nest WiFi addition of virtual assistants chiming in every time someone says “Hey Google”.

I have streaming tv and noticed frequent buffering watching live tv. I got this item to give Wi-Fi a boost hoping to get rid of the buffering. So far, I have to say, it solved the buffering problem. Haven’t seen any buffering for two days. It’s very easy to set up. Plug it in, download the app and set up is a breeze. Very happy so far with this Wi-Fi!

Set up was simple using the Google Home app, coverage is fantastic. The only downside is the limited number of wired ports but I already had a switch, so maintaining the existing wired network setup was easy for me. Compared to other mesh solutions the Google Wi-Fi has better wired network options with 2 ports on each node. The unit used as the base uses one of the two for a connection to the modem.

I am very pleased with the unit. It was easy to setup with the app. The app also has many features which makes everything easy to manage. The specs and features are fully covered on the web so I will not list them here. It works great throughout my home with multiple users. I definitely think this is the way to go for WIFI.

I recently added my 3rd router to my network and the coverage is outstanding. There are zero dead spots in the house now, and the coverage extends well into the area around the house. I’m also no longer having issues with devices dropping off the network, I have 35-40 devices connected at any given time, and I feel confident I could add dozens more without issue.

It’s hard to get really excited about Wifi, but it is as good as advertised. It’s easy to set up and very easy to use the software to keep track of data. I have more coverage than I need for a townhouse, but I think it’s a good value.

I love the convenience of my Google Wifi and Nest mesh wifi routers. They are very easy to setup and manage via the app and when it works, the coverage is good. However, the router frequently drops the internet connection with the modem and I have had to factory reset my network regularly over the last couple of months. The problem is with the Nest router and I suspect it is an issue with the current firmware. My next router will probably not be a nest.

The router that my cable company provided simply didn’t produce a signal strong enough to reach throughout my home. The three pack from google gives us a strong signal in every room. I also run an Ethernet line directly into one of the routers for my home office, which allows for lightning fast speeds.

No interruptions or dead spaces in the house. I like the notifications when someone accesses the WiFi.

Wow do I love this product. Easy to set up and super fast everywhere in the house. It’s been two weeks and I’m still blown away.

I would give this rating a 5 however, working from home I was afraid to switch my internet and cut the cable cord! Google Fiber finally arrived and I was so happy! It stayed working for 2 days (of course the weekend) and then I lost internet in the middle of my workday. It was restored but not until the following day about mid-afternoon. I lost about 7 hours of work I had to make up once it restored. Still, the internet is super fast, has so far stayed connected and I believe the connection issue was resolved as fast as they could. Very happy with our decision to switch!

I’ve been using for about a week now, hooked up after receiving and it works better than my last one, not this brand. I didn’t have to upgrade everything in house it immediately worked for computers, tablets, and my smart Tv. Hook up time very easy took about 5 minutes.

Initially I really enjoyed it , seemed faster than ATT – but with YouTube Tv the buffering happened too much when I watched the Chiefs game. Hopefully it gets better,

The only negative comment I have after a few years using both generation of Google’s Wifi points is really more a commentary on 3rd party services than it is Google. The inability to configure the 2.4 and 5ghz networks with separate SSID can be challenging with certain smart home devices which only do 2.4. Other than that, fantastic product.

The Google Nest has improved our Internet consistency tremendously.

The Google WiFi I received is wonderful. I live in a very rural area and our WiFi is pretty sketchy. But with the Google WiFi we can have more than one person at a time on. It’s cute and compact. I appreciated the packaging to. No extra waste.

Devices connected to google wifi appear to lose connection periodically. Can’t prove it, but it appears to pass the duck test. The required change over to google home was not well planned. I had problems unpausing devises,

Google Mesh WiFi network solved the dead zones in my home. I had range extenders previously, which extended the WiFi service, but my devices didn’t disconnect from them even when I was closer to another one as the one it was connected to still was within its acceptable range. The Mesh Network takes care of that issue by communicating with each other and determining which unit is best to service a device. The Google Mesh WiFi network devices make it easy to install and connect all the cables. I was also given a switch to connect multiple devices with wire.
