Have a stable, reliable wireless network signal by installing the Google Wifi Mesh System in your home. Comprised of three devices for up to 4500 square feet of coverage, each 802.11ac Wi-Fi point supports a maximum data throughput of 1200 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signal bands. They can be individually configured to perform as a router or as satellites for your mesh network. Each is equipped with a quad-core ARM processor with 512MB of memory to handle up to 100 connected devices simultaneously with beamforming to deliver smooth 4K video streaming, video chats, online gaming experiences, and more throughout your home. Installing the Google Wifi wireless mesh network system is designed to be straightforward and easy. Simply connect the router to your modem, position each satellite throughout your home for optimal coverage, then use the Google Home app to configure the wireless network. The Google Wifi devices also include two Gigabit Ethernet ports—one connects to your modem while the other works as an access point for wired network devices such as computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, and more. Your wireless signal is secured with WPA3 encryption.

I’ve been a Google Fiber customer for a little more than a year. Originally GFiber comes with a regular modem which is a WiFi router at the same time known as “Connect Box”. It served it purpose and personally I did not had any issues with it as long as I was hard wired to it, consistently 900 Mbps. The issue came in when trying to connect multiple devices through WiFi, that’s when the connect box would become erratic and inconsistent sometimes even not allowing me or my guests connect to the WiFi.Since I changed to Google Wifi that became a lot less noticeable. Wifi connection even tho’ sometimes are not as fast (400 Mbps sometimes) they are really consistent and we have little to no downtime. Is a lot easier to manage and I love been able to manage my Wifi access and rules from within the Google Home app.If you need and depend on Wifi these surely will make your experience a whole lot easier. Also, they are really easy to setup.

Lack diagnostic tools makes it difficult to find the cause of network failures, especially failures caused by connected devices. I do not recommend

Started well now im not sure what to do. The signal going in is 600mbps what comes out it 60mbps. I have two. The mesh doesn’t help.

My home is filled with gamers and cell phones so WiFi is a must! This is a pretty cool Google gadget to hook up and ensure there is enough WiFi to go around to every nook and cranny of our home! Easy to hook up and easy to connect to other Google products we highly suggest this if you are looking for a new or better WiFi hookup!

I was very pleased after installing the Google Wifi components. I bought the 3 pack which was perfect for our house approximately 4000 square feet. It was very easy to install and has dramatically increased the speed and stability of Wifi throughout our house. I like how I can control my Wifi and do speed tests from the Google Home App.

Good router, but no web interface :(Speed is decent, but I just can’t fathom why a web interface isn’t available, it seems like a no brainer.

We used this equipment to replace our router and it was very easy to set up. All that we needed to do was download the app and plug in the required wires. I also really liked the design because it is very nice and simple. When it comes to performance, Google Wifi is better than my Linksys system. However, even though the speed is good, sometimes the wifi gets disconnected for no reason. However, it is an overall good system for the price.

The hardware works greatThe software took a hundred steps backOnce every thing converted to Google HoneLost so many key diagnostic featuresThat the ok’d software google wifi had

Used for two years then kinda forced to upgrade to Nest Wifi which was a downgrade. Scrubbed all google and nest wifi and went different direction with cheaper router with 4xs faster speeds. Not really happy about forced Home upgrade path and process. 5 year old isp rented router actually worked better for pure speed. After upgraded just a below average product. I’m actually upset that I recommended google wifi in the past to friends.

Took some time to setup. Had an error the first day I tried. No problem the next day. Maybe I just had bad luck. Great wifi now that it’s working.

I’ve been using this Wifi router for over 9 months now and it’s been fantastic! Easy to set up, can modify at any moment straight from the app, it looks sleek, never gives me issues and it’s been extremely handy and reliable without a single issue.Would like it if it had more ethernet ports to be able to connect out of it instead of the singular one would be my only downside to it.

First mesh product I bought and never regretted it. I have upgraded to the Nest WiFi since and it is solid as well only thing is you have to buy all routers, not points, to get the same functionality as these at a much higher price. I still have these running at another location and they continue to be solid.

It works most of the time and I love the family management features. Far superior to other such mesh systems I’ve looked at this far.

I had the 2GB and had to downgrade to the 1GB due to latency. Disappointed.

I have had no problems. Works all of the time. Great

Seems to work! We have a two story with a basement and were struggling to have everyone on the internet – especially with virtual school days- 3 kids in school and hubby teaches- it has helped everyone get access at the same time and yhe internet doesn’t seem as spotty.

it was NOT EASY to set up and so so improvement from two regular TPLink routers

I’m a gamer. My fiber jack is in a far away closet. Google Fiber doesn’t sent technicians out to terminate your Ethernet ports (connect them so they actually function). My gaming PC obviously doesn’t support WiFi so I’m currently stringing a 100 foot Ethernet cord to the closet to have a wired connection. They won’t do it but their competitors (ATT Fiber) will. Will be switching to them.
