Have a stable, reliable wireless network signal by installing the Google Wifi Mesh System in your home. Comprised of three devices for up to 4500 square feet of coverage, each 802.11ac Wi-Fi point supports a maximum data throughput of 1200 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signal bands. They can be individually configured to perform as a router or as satellites for your mesh network. Each is equipped with a quad-core ARM processor with 512MB of memory to handle up to 100 connected devices simultaneously with beamforming to deliver smooth 4K video streaming, video chats, online gaming experiences, and more throughout your home. Installing the Google Wifi wireless mesh network system is designed to be straightforward and easy. Simply connect the router to your modem, position each satellite throughout your home for optimal coverage, then use the Google Home app to configure the wireless network. The Google Wifi devices also include two Gigabit Ethernet ports—one connects to your modem while the other works as an access point for wired network devices such as computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, and more. Your wireless signal is secured with WPA3 encryption.

This product solved my reception problems. Before I purchased I could see my outsidecameras

I purchased it because it has nice parental control. You can manage the WiFi to different devices, set up sleep time, study time, etc. But, the WiFi connection is bad. It keeps dropping all the time. Especially with iPads and while using Facetime.I’m returning it to Google and keep using the router which I received from Spectrum.

Google Wifi is the easiest and most convenient router that I’ve have ever set up. I love the design, it is sleek and portable. I can fit it in my purse. My son uses it for his personal connection capabilities. He’s a gamer so he needs it to help him stay connected smoothly. Awesome product.

Google nest is an awesome device. The coverage is very good and strong.I have a 3 story house and it works great for me. It’s very Easy to setup. However the only thing I didn’t like is that you can not configure it by PC’s browser. The only way to config the extra settings is to google Home app.

EVEN THOUGH I GET 600 MBPS AT THE ROUTER, CAN ONLY GET 240MBPS WHERE 1ST MESF ID, AND ABOUT THE SAME USING ETHERNET

It’s not what I thought. But it’s still useful. I thought it was an extender. Still don’t really understand the purpose for it for me, being I have an extender that is one, and I have a whole set up already.

Takes a little long to get the wifi set up – it rejects it many times and then after trying for a half hour it finally accepts it

Works great. Easy to install. Why do I need to use 50 characters for a review?

I used to have frequent problems with my smart home devices communicating with the Wi-Fi network but now since I have 4 Google Wi-Fi points I haven’t lost a connection in over a month

Worked great for a couple years, then decided to stop working. Extremely spotty wifi. Switched to Netgear Nighthawk Mesh 6.

Prior to getting Google Wifi my wifi service was weak on the second floor and the attic (office). After installation I was getting 900/900 in the office which is great since I work customer service.

During the first 6 months I would have easily given this system a 5 star. After a year though it’s abilities have consistently just gotten worse and worse. Signal strength is commonly poor and always inconsistent. Can no longer handle all the devices inside the home. Software his migrated to to Google home and continues to remove previously used features. Used to be able to resolve most issues by just disconnecting power for 1 seconds but lately this has been requiring me to setup the entire system from scratch, which I blame on the Google Home software. I’d upgrade but I’m not interested in the way they forcefully added the google speaker into the routers. I just want the router not a speaker. I’ve got google assistant on enough devices as it is.

Everything about Google fiber is quick and easy. Self installation took me 10 minutes to fully set up. The range of the two google WiFi pods they sent is great for my home. You would be foolish not to sign up if you live in one of the cities that it’s offered in.

My phone doesn’t always connect upon coming home and/or it disconnects itself while I’m at home often.

I’m extremely happy with my Google Nest. I had been experiencing a lot of buffering

The Google Wifi worked good on my phone. I tried the Google Wifi a couple of times on my home computer but the speed is not as fast as the router. I think the Google Wifi works the best on phones and Ipads.

I received 2 Google WiFi units from Google Fiber when they discontinued their cable service. Setting them up was very easy using their Google Home app on my phone. Just follow the instructions on the app and scan the QR code when prompted. The Google WiFi devices auto update on their own. So far both devices have been operating for over two weeks with no issues. Having two access points in the house now I don’t have any weak areas. These are for people who just want WiFi in their home without being a IT Technician. Yes there are other choices out there that offer more user settings, but these mesh units work without any issues.

The function of the Google wifi is great for a small space but if you have a home with many walls between the Google router and the room you want to use internet, the speeds are very slow and spotty.

We switched from Cox and while the speed is a lot faster the connection with the google WiFi unit isn’t great and drops a decent amount when streaming video. Expected more.
