Have a stable, reliable wireless network signal by installing the Google Wifi Mesh System in your home. Comprised of three devices for up to 4500 square feet of coverage, each 802.11ac Wi-Fi point supports a maximum data throughput of 1200 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signal bands. They can be individually configured to perform as a router or as satellites for your mesh network. Each is equipped with a quad-core ARM processor with 512MB of memory to handle up to 100 connected devices simultaneously with beamforming to deliver smooth 4K video streaming, video chats, online gaming experiences, and more throughout your home. Installing the Google Wifi wireless mesh network system is designed to be straightforward and easy. Simply connect the router to your modem, position each satellite throughout your home for optimal coverage, then use the Google Home app to configure the wireless network. The Google Wifi devices also include two Gigabit Ethernet ports—one connects to your modem while the other works as an access point for wired network devices such as computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, and more. Your wireless signal is secured with WPA3 encryption.

Bought three new WiFi hubs for a total of 6 and my coverage got worse.

I changed my internet connection and had to completely reset all the wifi points, honestly defeated the entire purpose of having this points. Also not seamless as expected and I am not completely satisfied with this product and feel like worth the price.

We have had many extenders, re-purposed older routers as an extender, and even various adapters to extend our network. Google Wifi was far and away better than all of them combined. The mesh network allows for great speeds throughout the house and the controls allow me to be able to control what and how much access to the Internet my kids get. I recommend Google Wifi to everyone!

Got four boosters. Easy to set up, and started working immediately. Now our whole house is covered with strong wifi.

We were in need of wifi on our porch as we spend alot of time out there. We already have a set of 3 Google wifi that we use throughout the house which has greatly improved our wifi connection and speed. This was a super easy addition. The app is so simple and easy to use, plus I love the added features of wifi management that it offers.

Inability to choose between 5.0ghz and 2.4ghz causes a lot of issues for devices that can only utilize one vs another. Inability to customize devices priority permanently. Using Google Wifi application was way better than using Google Home application.

I have been a satisfied owner of Google Wi-Fi for 3 years. I have had zero issues with it, and it is one of the easiest network setups I have ever done. It takes all of the guesswork out of setting up your home network.

The main reason I wanted to try this router was to ensure I could work from a different room than where my modem is. My internet is too weak to work from my office, but this router advertises a square footage that should have covered that distance. It did not however. The download speed is the same in both areas, but upload speed was significantly weaker when got a bit farther from it. I found the square footages listed as inaccurate for my needs.

30 days in review: I was previously using a 3 y/o Wi-Fi router/fiber modem from my ISP and the Wi-Fi coverage was inconsistent at best! Even w/ the ISP provided Wi-Fi extenders, the signal was never consistent enough to stream security cams to my Nest hubs or play Stadia in 4k. By just connecting the Google Wi-Fi points and turning off the ISP’s Wi-Fi network, my consistency problems are solved! I can play Stadia in 4k with no lag, I can stream doorbell and security cam footage to my Nest hubs or Chomecasts with consistent video and very little delay. My IoT devices that used to frequently lose their connections or “forget” the only Wi-Fi network now never disconnect. This truly shows how poor the hardware provided by your ISPs really is.

I have multiple google wifi access points and have been using them for years. I am now being forced to transition to google home. The interface on google one is horrible and many of the features I loved to use on my google wifi are no longer available with the new platform. Don’t buy!

The previous generation Google WiFi has been very reliable over the years since its release. I especially like the ethernet ports, which were dropped from the Nest version.

very reliable. I have recommended this to a lot of friends and everybody is happy.

I received this product and immediately opened it up to install. This product is easy to work with as there are no buttons or switches. You just plug it into your power source and set it up using the app. It is plain & simple and has good coverage.

I had the Google Mesh system installed for about a year. I recently upgraded my NAS backup device to a Western Digital My Cloud. It wasn’t working properly, then over night it stopped working. It turned out the Eithernet connection failed. I tried swapping Mesh devices to make one of the other devices the router, that worked only briefly as the Eithernet port failed on it too. Also, trying to reconfigure the devices to act as a mesh system was impossible. I finally replaced the Google mesh system with another product. I found the devices were poorly made as well.

This Google WiFi device keeps everything connected without the occasional hiccups that kept happening before I made this purchase. It was easy to setup too!! Thanks Google!

I already owned the google wifi cones but wanted better coverage to my shop 100 ft away from my house. The install was relatively easy and straight forward. I did try to incorporate my old wifi with the new nest but in my situation the nest worked better without the old wifi cones so I took them out of the network. So far the nest works well, I have better coverage. I like using the Google assistant and the signal although weak works in my shop. I have not used other brands of wifi but I am satisfied with the Google Nest.

Great mesh network never have I had any issues besides the ISP. Have 3 of them and everything I own has an amazing fast connection. I would definitely recommend for the current price.

I have had Google fiber and Google wifi for two weeks now. Working great so far. The technician who came to install the equipment was professional and friendly and explained everything as he went along with the set up. I’m very happy not to have to deal with Sp@$
