Have a stable, reliable wireless network signal by installing the Google Wifi Mesh System in your home. Comprised of three devices for up to 4500 square feet of coverage, each 802.11ac Wi-Fi point supports a maximum data throughput of 1200 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signal bands. They can be individually configured to perform as a router or as satellites for your mesh network. Each is equipped with a quad-core ARM processor with 512MB of memory to handle up to 100 connected devices simultaneously with beamforming to deliver smooth 4K video streaming, video chats, online gaming experiences, and more throughout your home. Installing the Google Wifi wireless mesh network system is designed to be straightforward and easy. Simply connect the router to your modem, position each satellite throughout your home for optimal coverage, then use the Google Home app to configure the wireless network. The Google Wifi devices also include two Gigabit Ethernet ports—one connects to your modem while the other works as an access point for wired network devices such as computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, and more. Your wireless signal is secured with WPA3 encryption.

Initially I thought it is a good product, but Anlot of restrictions on the privacy data masking and does not work for 2.4ghz. Waste of money, recommend to try different product

Does not work any better then the router I already had signal strength still not any better

Installation was effortless and my Wi-Fi and wired speeds sped up tremendously. Plus the chrome cases work super fast as opposed to the old set top box casting which was slow and spotty when it worked at all.

I have a sewing and embroidery machine that uses an app and between them both they have to be on the same internet I tired for months to get it to work. I got this google Wi-Fi and have never been happier it makes them both work perfectly! Thank you google!

I am sooooo disappointed in Google Fiber!! First, the technician installed more than 2 weeks ago and the fiber line is STILL laying in the street. Yesterday EARLY MORNING someone split the cable so I called Google and they said it would take 1-2 business days for them to get my internet back up. I make a living using my computer. So I had to take my computer to a place where there was internet FOR THE ENTIRE DAY! Today… no internet so I spent another day at a coffee shop so I could do my work. When I got home, the fiber cable is still in the street but looks like the break is fixed. But STILL NO INTERNET!! Am I supposed to do something? No instructions… no call… nothing. I was so excited because I have Google everything but now I am just left speachless… without internet!

a few years ago i was looking for a better Wi-Fi and researched google, it was what i was looking for I bought the three pack. i can home and set up was easy, it was easy since I know what i am doing, some people might not be technology capable. be it as it may the set up to finish was easy and I was up and running with no issues. there was a few issues down the road with the firmware updates from google, google did drop the ball a few times but nothing to cripple the system at any time. i did use the google help from the app a few time and they did help and or tried to help with some of the issues. in the four years i had this WIFI I would say it was worth it. i am still using it to day but i am looking to upgrade to the WIFI 6 and waiting to see if google has any plans to update the old pods or I will look into something else. lets see what google can do for you….

I am open to suggestions, but I am not getting the connectivity I expected. The mesh system only has 1 port, so I cannot connect my Metrocel for my cellular service or my switch as I have network drops in my home. So I am forced to keep my cable company rented router. I set it up and now have two routers on my network and not getting any more throughput than I was without the mesh system. Could be that I did not have a need for this system, or unable to setup as I anticipated.

1 of the nodes won’t turn green and another won’t connect. So I have three of five working after a move. Overall the product seems to work well. Even with three nodes I have fairly good coverage of 2700 sqft.

I’ve had Google Fiber 1 Gig (with Google Fiber Legacy TV) since it became available in my area of Austin. I was actually delighted when Google offered to “upgrade” me by dropping Google Fiber Legacy TV, because I had wanted to “cut the cable” for a couple of years, but I made fun about calling that an upgrade. However, it was an upgrade! My 1 Gig Google Fiber works even better with Google’s updated WiFi equipment. For example, Apple Music, which previously would annoyingly hang up occasionally between streamed music tracks, now plays without interruption. I was happy with Google Fiber before, and I’ve only had my upgrade for a couple of weeks, but I am even more delighted now.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the coverage these devices provide throughout my house, I’ve had a lot of good luck getting everything to link up and cooperate throughout the house, and they can handle a large amount of devices, which is impressive considering as a computer enthusiast I have a lot of IoT devices, PCs, and laptops all connecting to these wirelessly. They run pretty impressively even if the relay nodes aren’t directly connected to ethernet, the amount of latency added by multiple hops is pretty minimal. I’ve been able to setup switches for PCs in other rooms connected to a relay node, which has been a tremendous help in gaming, as sometimes the wireless cards I have aren’t good enough to handle the low latency needed to have a competitive edge. The phone app also has enough advanced features to deal with most nominal cases people may need (port-forwarding, etc). Definitely recommend these.

Great value. Easy set-up. Absolutely solid performance. Easily managed with Google Home.

Hands down the best and easiest WiFi solution I have used. My WiFi speeds have increased significantly and being able to spread the WiFi nodes around the house makes coverage very consistent and reliable. It’s excellent.

Google WiFi works great just make sure you have enough points to cover your house and you’re good to go. Setup is really easy and only takes a very short time.

The Google nest gives our internet an awesome boost. We have tested, Xbox, Playstation, phones, computers, the list goes on, hooked to our internet. It would lag quite often but with the nest wifi, it picks up signal all around and nothing lags.

The product was easy to set up, and adding in a hub at a later date was even easier! Reliable and fast speeds, and the app to manage it is just what I want in a smart home
