I have used these every day in one way or the other for a week and I can now say – they are my favorite pans as of yet! I have had nothing stick to them – even why I’ve had the heat to high and it should have stuck. Also – I am able to use my metal utensils on them?? Best news ever! They have been easy to clean, are super durable and very lightweight. Such great quality! Highly recommend!

This set of ultra-nonstick fry pans are just that. So many products do not work, but this set has a nice, thick coating and food slides right off of the pan. They are sturdy and seem as if they will hold up to a lot of use.

These frying pans are awesome! They are durable and they provide a even cooking surface. My son has been learning to cook and we like that he can cook his eggs without any butter and we do not have to worry about him scratching the pan. They warp when using high heat. I’ve had to bend them back by laying it upside down and pushing down on the bottom with my palm. Otherwise they don’t sit flat on my glass cooktop.

Gotham steel really works, no oil or butter needed.it really is a great product. I was a bit skeptical at first, I thought the weight and bottom was a little light, but no it’s a very durable product and distributed the heat well. I tried melted cheese, and sure enough it slid right out. So I ended up making little cheese bowls With eggs and ham in it. All and all the Gotham steel nonstick diamond infused pans are a great product.

Great quality. You cannot scratch these skillets, no matter how much you burn the food and have to scrape off the burned parts. And, the skillet still looks immaculate afterwards! I love these skillets so much more than “non-stick” ones, which are so fragile. The sizes are fabulous too. There are two of us in my household, so cooking up a couple of eggs or some onions or whatever calls for skillets of this size. I rarely have to pull out my big skillet.

they were smaller than I expected. I am replacing some I have had for years. The 9.5 one is the size of my original small skillet. I loved my original ones, but making bacon in them and cleaning the overcooked grease off, scraped the coating. I’ve been using these Aluminum Ultra-Nonstick Ceramic and Diamond Infused Coating Fry Pan Set. I love how well they cook and the food doesnt stick. They’re great for many things but definitely frying eggs. My husband likes his eggs over medium and I always seem to bust the yolk trying to flip them because they usually stick. Not any more not with these pans. I’ve cooked pancakes eggs and several other things and I really love the pans. They’re also very easy to wash when done.
