   These pans are awesome! They cook food perfectly and nothing sticks to them. I like the fact that I don’t have to use any butter or oil to cook. They look attractive and are so easy to clean. The pans are super light and easy to handle.

   I have tried multiple pans, on every level of expense and thought I would try my luck with the 3 pc Ti-ceramic pan set from Gotham….I was not disappointed!! Amazing non-stick cooking (like for once it really doesn’t stick) superior quality, so simple to clean, and they have a beautiful look as well! Everything I’ve been looking for…..and they’re not even expensive!! I highly recommend these pans!!

   After trying these pans out, there were somethings I liked and some I didn’t. First, the things I liked. I really liked the sizes. The 9.5″ and 11″ pans are fairly typical as “medium” and “large” size fry pans run. They’re a good size for most applications. However, the 12.5″ size is amazing. I was able to fry 10 large eggs at once without any problem, which is great for the times you need to do a lot of volume at once. The pans are dishwasher safe which is a great feature. The non-stick coating, I would only rate as “fair” as it required a tiny amount of butter or oil to prevent sticking, albeit less than if it didn’t have any “non-stick” coatingThe main thing I really didn’t like was that they cooked extremely uneven. The food on one part of the pan would burn, while the food on a different part of the same pan would still be raw. It wasn’t consistently in the same spot of the same pan every time, so I’m sure it wasn’t just a defect in a single pan. It happened with all the pans, on all the burners with all different types of food. Because of this problem, I wouldn’t recommend these pans.

   Great set of cookwear it really does allow you to cook without oil or butter. First meals I fixed were 3 egg omelette with fresh salsa. Didn’t stick whatsoever and any residue just whiped out in a flash. Very impressive.

   I’m amazed at the 3 piece Gotham Steel copper fry pan set , it comes with a 9.5 , 11 , and 12.5 inch pan, it has non-stick ceramic with super strong titanium non-stick Ti -cerama coating, I love to use it for my eggs , pancakes, grilled cheese ect .. it uses little to no oil or butter , non scratch technology so it’s safe for use with metal utensils, it’s oven safe up to 500 degrees , it’s dishwasher safe so clean up is a breeze , really satisfied with this fry pan set !!

   These skillets are of great quality! I have yet to have a scratch on them after several uses. These are non-stick and food does not stick to them. Great for pancakes, eggs, and hashbrowns or even some pan-fried fish and veggies if you are in the mood! The sizes are ideal as well- 8″, 9.5″ and 11″. Definitely recommend.

   I love the different sizes in this set, one for almost every occasion that you would need a skillet for. They truly are non stick and you don’t need any oil at all. I like to use these for cooking a steak because the taste is closer to what I would get if I grilled it outside. Eggs slide right out of the pan without any additional oil/butter. It’s a great way to reduce fats in your diet while cooking. I love the “helper” handle on the bigger skillet because it makes it easier to pick up and move, especially since my wrists aren’t that strong. These also make a great oil free grilled cheese sandwich.

   I was enthusiastic about this product in TV advertising. NON STICK! Well, I’ve made fried eggs without needing butter in the pan. Works just as advertised. BUT (and it’s a big “but”) stuck in the accompanying instructions it states that “For best performance” the pans are designed for cooking without oil or butter; In bold capital ‘NEVER USE NON STICK SPRAYS”. If you “choose” to use oil or butter, cook only on low settings. That limits my making good home fries, and many other things – can’t saute a little onion to cook something in. Not much really fries nicely, just eggs. No commercial really tells you that. I’m not interested in baking marshmallow in my oven using these pans. Had I known this before. I would’ve bought just one small pan for eggs. Performs as advertised, but the advertising was misleading.

    I love that this pan set comes in 3 different sizes. I can easily cook for one or for multiple people. Cooking eggs are a breeze in these pans. Another thing I like to make is grilled cheese sandwiches. If cheese falls out of the bread it doesn’t stick to the pan so it is very easy to clean. I also love that they are dishwasher safe as well as oven safe. They cook evenly and I love that I can use very little butter or oil if any at all.
