I received GOTHAM STEEL DIAMOND 2-piece set 8.5″ & 9.5″ square fry pans and I am totally in love with this product it is so amazing because I do not need to use oil or butter to fry my foods because of the nonstick technology, it’s metal utensil safe and is PTFE/PFOA/PFOS free. I was so excited to use these pans. I was in need of new frying pans and thought these were perfect! Ultra non stick was going to be my new best friend. I read the instructions about not using them with high heat because of the convection bottom. I used them to make several different foods. Most cooked really well and did not stick. Eggs was the food I was most disappointed cooking in these pans. It states to not use non stick cooking spray and on the commercials the eggs slide right out of the pan That was not the case for me. I tried more than once to cooks in the pans and every time they stuck to the pan. So that was very disappointing to me. Overall the pans were great!
