I really love this indoor grill, it does smoke-less (sometimes really not much smoke). There is smoke just less of it – lesser than that when I use a cast iron grill over my stove – very much less smoke. I own other products from Gotham Steel – pots and pans – they have been great so far, and I have owned them for more than a year. The non-stick surface of this grill is pretty much the same as their pots and pans, it works but at some point it starts accumulating the dark spots. I gave this grill 4 stars because after only 2 uses I have noticed those hard to clean spots on the grill surface. It does not diminish the quality of the food being cooked, however, it can get unsightly – I may just need to find a better cleaning agent. I liked preparing food over this grill – what I enjoyed is not having to turn-off my smoke alarms while I grill burgers for the kids.

This is an overall good product, Its great for the days you don’t want to grill outside. Gets hot enough to really grill food like a traditional grill. It also comes apart and cleans easier this is my favorite feature. The only down side is that its quite large so you will need space for storage.

The meats and seafood she has grilled so far really rival our gas grill at home. it heats up quick, is easy to clean and easy to store. If you have an apartment or dorm room that allows you to cook I would totally recommend this grill! Also great for getting your wintertime fix of meats when you don’t want to go out in the cold!

The Gotham Steel Smokeless Grill is nice to have for indoor grilling. The surface is copper non-stick, but I did a light cooking olive oil spray for my 1st use. The grill comes with a metal base pan that sits inside a frame and the grill plate that sits on top of the pan so the entire cooking surface is over the drip pan which was nice. The grill surface is a grate like you would fins on a typical grill, but electric so it gives the true grill feel to your food. The cooking surface was a little smaller than I expected. It did fit 6 burgers, but there was not any room to spare. There is minimal smoke while cooking, but that is expected no matter how you cook burgers I guess. I was not thrilled that the grill plate can not be submerged in water, but the drip pan and base can. Overall a nice kitchen tool that will get plenty of use.

I love how the grease just falls down below so you don’t have all that mess. I used it to make a variety of meals. When I used it to make hamburgers, they came out cooked thoroughly. It’s easy to use and can be either left out on the counter or put away. It’s also easy to clean. I used a sponge and the the left over stick-age lifted right off.

We love to grill…usually outside. But when the weather gets bad this a great option. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and quick cooking with this grill was. The grill area heated quickly and was ready to go. There was no smoke at all with sausages and hot dogs and very little with greasy burgers, more steam than anything. The grill surface is non-stick and easy to clean and it comes apart nicely to make cleaning a breeze. It is fairly compact which makes it easy to store in a cabinet. This is a great grill for those who don’t have the abilty to grill outdoors or just don’t want to go outside.

This grill is great for indoor grilling! It’s easy to set up and super easy to clean. I first used it to make shish kabobs, steak and vegetables and also chicken and vegetables, they didn’t stick and the was no smoke. It charred the kabobs nicely and evenly. Clean up was a breeze. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an indoor smokeless grill.

I really like the ceramic cook surface. Items do not stick and it makes cleanup easy. Time will tell if it stays that way. As far as the smokeless goes. I would say that it smokes less, not that it is smokeless. But with that said, it performed nicely with minimal smoke.

I always read reviews before purchasing an item & I was very disappointed by what I read. I still opened the box with enthusiasm & tried my indoor grill. I will say right away I liked that it was mostly smokeless that was very convenient! I loved the concept of wiping away the mess but that was a huge fail. Food definitely sticks to it & at times it’s hard too remove & you don’t want to scrub too hard & risk damaging the coating. I also read it was unsafe because of the heating element but so far mine has held up fine but I do check it after every use. Overall it was an average grill that could be better if safer materials were used.

This indoor grill cooks great tasting food, without the hassle of charcoal. I made dinner with this several times, and have consistently great results every time. None of the food I makes sticks, and is easy cleanup. The grill leaves the nice grill marks and heavenly taste without being in the cold or heat. I did pork chops and burgers and the time it took was easy to configure. It has a temperature gauge that is easy to work and understand. Very nicely made, and the design is fantastic.

I live in the mountains and during the winter, I always want to grill outside but with all the snow its just too cold. I thought this would be a great way to get grilled veggie and meat inside without having to go out in the cold and have a big clean up. I’ve been very impressed with this smokeless grill. It’s super easy to assemble (I didn’t even look at instructions). The surface area is large too. I’m feeding a family of four and I can get all the meat and veggies on it at one time. I was skeptical about the grilling surface as to how nonstick it was, but it’s great. I cook a lot of fish, and it doesn’t even stick. The food comes up easily and cooks very evenly. As far as the smoke, there is virtually none. It has a drip pan that the fat/grease drips into leaving no smoke. Clean up is easy as it comes part easily and I just put right in the dishwasher. This a great option to grill inside and helps my family eat healthier in the winter time! Your house doesn’t fill with smoke and the clean up is fast and easy!
