Food doesn’t stick which was nice. One reason I bought the set was for the colander. I thought the colander would fit down inside the pot, but it has a lip the sits on top. I thought it would be nice to boil potatoes or spaghetti and then lift the colander out of the pan. Disappointed.

so far we like it. Only tried the frying pan on my new induction cooktop. It works very fast. It says don’t need any butter or oil and don’t use spray oil. I was surprised. browning onions with no oil was very new to me. It’s a whole new world of cooking with no oil … if you want to eat healthy.

The set has everything you need, good variety of sizes and plenty of lids.Also feels good in hand, a nice heft to each pan, solid.Stylish design, they look as good as they feel.As for the cooking, they do a good job, spread heat evenly and quickly, are super easy to clean, food slips right off the surface, lids fit tight, everything you would want in a set of cookware. My only issue, which really nearly isn’t an issue, more of a quibble, is that the handles get far too hot. You will need a mitt or towel or something to grab them once you get cooking.

I am so impressed with this pot/ pan set! When it says no butter needed it’s not kidding! I when the pan ran out of butter I kept thinking that I needed to add more but the pan was still greasy!! And both the pots and pans were super easy to clean!

I love these pans. I never had a set of expensive pans. And I’m so glad I got these. They are cook evenly unlike my cheap set. Until I used these I never could get my home fries to brown, and these worked awesome for that. I haven’t had a problem with food sticking besides for once with eggs. Other than that they have been great. I would definitely recommend these to everyone.

These pans are amazing! They are lightweight but don’t let that fool you, they are a heavyweight working champion! If you’re looking for a Truly non Stick cooking set these are a dream team! Literally fried egg glides off the surface of these pans effortlessly. These pans also heat evenly and cook your food to perfection with No Added oils! Clean up is a effortless as well. You just pop them into the dishwasher, without a need for scraping the bottom, for easy clean up. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for an affordable price range set of pans that deliver on results!

I received the Gotham Stainless Steel non-stick titanium copper and ceramic 10-piece cookware set. The set includes an 8.5 inch fry pan, 10.25 inch fry pan with lid, 1.5 quart sauce pan with lid, 2.5 quart sauce pan with lid, 5 quart stockpot with lid and stainless steamer insert. Upon unboxing the set I was pleased with the weight of the cookware as they are just the right weight and not too heavy or light! The handles are of an ergonomic design making the cookware easy to place on my cooktop and the glass lids are also of a good quality that easily sit on top of each piece of cookware. The lid handles are stainless steel so you will need to keep a potholder nearby as they get hot when cooking. The bottoms of the cookware are smooth and will not scratch my cooktop. The handles have solid rivets that attach to the cookware making for ease of cleaning. This set is absolutely gorgeous! The Gotham Steel Cookware requires no oil or butter and is non-stick and so easy to use. The cookware required less heat and cooking time due to its high quality and non-stick which is a huge win for my busy lifestyle. I especially love the stainless steel steamer insert which was included in the set. The cookware can easily be placed in an oven also and is safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. I am very happy and pleased with the stainless steel quality and not only the ease of cooking but the beauty of the cookware makes this a good quality set for my home. The cookware set is dishwasher safe which is another quality of importance for my busy lifestyle. I absolutely love this cookware and the ease of cooking and the cleanup. This set has all the essential sized pieces of cookware that my family needs and makes it easy to store in a small space in my cabinet. I really wanted to give ceramic pots and pans a try after reading about the potential dangers of PTFE and Teflon non-stick coatings. A family member of mine has ceramic pots and pans and I detested them: every time I tried to use them I needed to use so much more oil than I ever would prefer, and things often usually stuck anyway and were very hard to clean off. But I read that ceramic pots and pans just require different care and cooking methods, e.g. cooking on lower temperatures and not using scratchy cleaning materials. Plus I read a ton of YouTube video reviews on this particular set and initial testing versus other like brands declared this brand a guaranteed winner.I’ve used these pots and pans vigorously for two weeks. They have surpassed all of the claims! I’m finding that they heat up faster and keep the heat better than cookware I’m more accustomed to, and I never have to turn the heat up past med-high. Usually medium works just fine. I haven’t used *any* oil or butter in my cooking so far with no issues whatsoever.I did the truth test with preparing scrambled eggs as EVERY skillet I have ever used has been a nightmare to clean. Gotham Steel passed with flying colors. There was absolutely no stick throughout 5 trial runs. I love the way they look and they cook wonderfully. I’m very, *very* happy I went with this brand. Overall, this cookware heats quickly and retains heat better. There is definitely a learning curve to using less heat as other cookware. The health and cleaning benefits of the nonstick formula is the key selling factor for me. A beautiful, lightweight set!

I was satisfied with this Gotham Steel 10 piece cookware set. I’ve never really been a fan of stainless steel cookware because everything would stick but I was really impressed with this set. I love how quickly food heats up in it. It’s really lightweight and the handles stay cool and not hot to touch at all when cooking. Absolutely everything I cooked in these pots and pans, nothing stuck to it. My kids like scrambled eggs in the morning and I’ll admit, I was somewhat hesitant on trying them without spraying the pan but they slid out easily without the need for cooking spray, oil or butter. They’re scratch resistant and wash nicely and doesn’t leave behind any stains (also can be used in the dishwasher). I don’t own a dishwasher so I can’t say how well they hold up there. I just wish the rivets weren’t on the inside of this set because of rust in the future but only time will tell with that. This set is definitely my go to cookware now as I was tired of spending money on Teflon cookware only to have it wear off and scratching. This is a nice complete set to have in any kitchen especially if you enjoy cooking as much as I do.

They set is very sturdy. The pots/pans all have a nice non-stick coating and the food doesn’t stick. I can use a pot on stove for sauteing and then directly stick it in to the oven to finish. Cleaning them is easy. The only con is that the handles can get very hot so remember to keep a silicone grip/rag handy while handling the pots and pans.
