These pans look very nice. They cook well. I was worried about the open pan handles as I’ve had problems in the past with water collecting in them in the dishwasher but I haven’t noticed that yet. These pans say they are metal utensil safe but they are “loud” if you use metal. The bottoms are textured and if you are tying to scrape up something off the bottomWith metal it makes a lot of noise.

I own Gotham Steel 10 Piece Cast Textured Cookware Set. I put them thru the paces this week. I have sauteed, fried, deep fried and steamed. The pots and pans are lightweight. They clean easy. Nothing stuck. Most of the handle stayed cool except the 2 inches closest to pot. The handles on the lids do get hot. It is a decent set for the price.

First I was impressed with how they got everything packed into the box. No damage at all and yet pretty easy to unpack.The finish on the outside seems to be flawless as far as I can tell so far and the inside “no stick” does seem as tough as they say. (time will tell)The lids fit well I only wish that one of the sauce pan lids fit the small skillet, but you can’t have everything.The steamer insert was a pleasant surprise. I don’t know if I would call it an insert because it sits up above the pan instead of down inside the pan like others. This allows you to put quite a bit of water in your pot so it won’t boil away.Overall I am pleased with my new Gotham Steel 10 piece cast textured set of pots and pans.Thank you.

This 10 piece pots and pans set is beautiful and high quality! Made from material so strong it seems indestructible! I love the way the big pot interlocks with the colander. That way you can get the maximum amount of water drain and I can’t stand excess water. It comes with a few good kids as well. I am sure I will have this set for a very long time and get a ton of use out of it!

These worked great. I must say I was shocked. I had a set of these that had the gray outside and copper inside that didn’t work well at all. These are copper on the outside with a textured black lining. I fried 8 hamburgers in the 10″ skillet without using any oil or spay and they never stuck once.

The colors are beautiful. The pots and pans work so very well. Nothing seems to stick to them and they are great to use in the oven as well, as long as the temperature doesn’t exceed 500°. They are easy to clean by either hand or by putting into the dishwasher.

Good set of cookware BUT the Product Overview says “It is PTFE and PFOA free which means nothing will stick. Cook without butter or oil”.So the first time I used the small frying pan I decided to see how it did with eggs, Not impressive as I expected the eggs to slide around in the pan, they didn’t.But I will just use a spray with them and am happy with the set.

I bought the ” Cast Textured Cookware Set ” a week ago best decision I made !. Before going out for the right set for myself I wanted something that was best for my cooking needs since I cook alot . I went into the store looking for a set with multiple features I came across this box I read it and I noticed right off it came with two sizes of frying pans medium size of 8.5 and the larger one is 10 inch perfect for me larger size comes with a nice lid . The sauce pan is a QT size of 1.5 that too comes with a nice lid and the 2.5 QT size sauce pan is perfect also came with a durable lid , fits my sauces macaroni and cheese nicely . The gem I loved thee most was my 5.0 QT pot it has so much room inside I cook about everything pasta beef stews soups !. I was so excited it came with a stainless steel steamer insert for the 5.0 QT size I want to tell you it really steamed anything from vegetables to steamed clams perfectly and evenly nothing was uncooked at all scrumptious !!.. I didn’t need butter nor oil for my pans anything I cooked slid right out ! It’s made with a special coating of Titanium with extra protection , It’s oven safe up to 500 F metal utensil safe the handles are not hot when I touch them during cooking the glass lids are PFOA/PFOS free as well you really can’t find a better 10 peice set this one cooks exactly how I expected it too I’m in love and enjoy it everyday another good thing you can wash it in your dishwasher awesome !!! Love the color very vibrant ..

I really like this cookware set, it is very different because it is textured to feel like cast-iron. So far, the nonstick capabilities are very good. They are triple coated with titanium, which I hope will last for sometime. I also like that this is PFOA & PFOS free. Although the box claims that you can use metal utensils and they are dishwasher safe, I would avoid doing both of those things if you want this cookware sets to last longer. Overall, I am very happy with the set, it is quite easy to handle and is light weight.

I was so excited to finally get a new pots and frying pans set. The copper color looks great on my baker’s rack. They store so easily with the covers. Of course I had to Make pasta and spaghetti sauce in them right away. They are easy to use,easy to clean and look great while doing it!

I am happy I decided to get these pots and pans. I have wonderful things to say about them. I have been wanting a set with clear lids for ages and now I have them. I can throw away my ancient and old pots from 1976 with confidence that these will be my new and only go to cookware. They really do not need oil to cook everything. I used them to make spaghetti, eggs, and some soup and everytime I had no issues. There is less cleanup with no oil. They are tough pans and do not get scratched easily. They stack up easily. We have a tiny kitchen and so space is limited. I don’t have to worry about these taking up too much cabinet area at all. The colour is amazing, it is really nice looking with our kitchen counters and walls. I have absolutely no problems with the lids, other than they are somewhat heavy and afraid they wil break. I don’t think that will be a problem if I let the adults only use them though. I love the entire idea of this set being mine! They match perfectly and are classy!

I love these pans! I have used all of them but the smallest one. The non-stick surface is great! Nothing seems to stick! Clean up is super fast and easy. I love that I can use my metal utensils in them and it won’t damage the surface. It’s nice that the handles don’t get hot when I’m cooking so I don’t have to use a pot holder when I need to move my pan. The pans are made of a nice heavy metal that should hold up for years to come. The copper color of this pan set looks really classy when I’m using it in my kitchen so when I have company they think I must have spent a fortune on them.
