These pans are wonderful, I have not had a set of these types of pans before and they are great. I have used all 3 sizes and all of them were fantastic. I like that you don’t have to put oil or butter in the pan before cooking. These pans are very nice. They are made very durable and sturdy. The handles are nice and smooth and easy to hold onto. The lids are made nice and they are not heavy at all, very lightweight. Also easy to clean, I will only use rubber spoons and spatulas with these. Great set to own!

I could not be happier with the Gotham Steel Cast Textured aluminum cookware set! My set includes an 8.5” fry pan which I find perfect for omelets or reheating single serve portions which is so handy. The 10” frying pan (with lid) is great for meats, pastas, veggies and anything you need to sauté. The thing I find SO GREAT is that you can go from sauté to oven baking seamlessly in the same pan – easy to do and fewer dishes! They’re oven safe to 500* and dishwasher safe. To finish out the set there’s a 2 quart sauce pan with lid that features the same cast texture inside which is great. From the moment you pick these up they have a great hand feel and you can just tell they’re sturdy, solid, and good quality. The performance is top-notch and everything I’ve made so far has been great. Cleanup is a breeze and I’ve even cut down on the amount of oil and butter needed when cooking which I feel has made for healthier choices. All in all, I highly recommend this cookware set and I wish I had been using it all along. I actually can’t wait to cook and try new things and have nice dinners with my family.

I bought these a few weeks ago and have used them several times. They have a triple non-stick coating. They are capable of using them in the oven up to 500 degrees which comes in hand for a few casserole dishes instructions say no oil or butter is needed. They are light weight which is different from my heavier pans.

The non stick is great for cooking anything,I especially love cooking eggs to test the non stick,the eggs slid out with no problems.The pot I cooked oatmeal and it didn’t stick and clean up was a camp paper towel.This cookware just makes you want to cook,because it’s just so easy to use and clean.

The Cast Textured 5pc set comes in a copper aluminum color that really improves the look of my kitchenware, I also like how the set comes with everything I use on a daily basis. I was very impressed with how these pans functioned and performed, they are made with a non-stick triple layer coating with titanium and have a cast texture design. When cooking I noticed everything cooked evenly and nothing stuck to the pan when turning or removing, and using a metal utensil was safe and harmless to pans. I also like that handles don’t get hot and are cool when touching and the tempered glass lid allowed me to keep an eye on my food without losing the moisture. My overall thoughts these are made oven safe, easy to clean by hand and dish washer safe, they have a non-stick triple coating, function and perform well, light weight, and are made of good quality and durability that will last a long time! I highly recommend.

Gotham Steel put together a really nice five piece cookware set. You get a 10″ and 8.5″ fry pan with lid and a 2 qt. sauce pan. I’ve had a Gotham Steel fry pan for a couple of years now and can truly attest to the fact that they perform as promised! Great looks and super easy clean up! I really like the little vents on the kids! All and all well worth it!!

Good set of cookware BUT the Product Overview says “It is PTFE and PFOA free which means nothing will stick. Cook without butter or oil”.So the first time I used the small frying pan I decided to see how it did with eggs, Not impressive as I expected the eggs to slide around in the pan, they didn’t.But I will just use a spray with them and am happy with the set.

Nice set to have. It works well, but do need to clean it before use always! Other then that it is non stick, cooks food well, nice sizes and easy to store. Easy to work with and overall a great set. Works better then my old set I have. This is a must have!

I have had the Gotham Steel Cast Textured 5pc set for about a week now and they are great. The set comes with two pans, a pot, and two lids ( one for the bigger pan and the other lid fits on the small pan and the pot). As recommended, I washed them out with soap and water before using. Also recommended is using olive oil for first time use, I did that and nothing stuck to the pan at all! So from there on out I did not use any olive oil or any other cooking spray on the pan and nothing stuck. The food was cooked evenly and I was actually really surprised at the non stick power this set has. Even the water rolled off it and It dried instantly. This really is one of those cooking sets that I can honestly say, work!

This five piece set is absolutely perfect. They’re built well and I love that I can use them with my oven, hot plate, or directly on the burners. The tempered glass lids made it easy for me to monitor the contents inside and, I was surprised at my ability to touch the special handles with ease after it was on the stove top for a while. The food slides off easily due to the special coating and it’s super easy to clean by hand, but it’s perfectly dishwasher safe as well. It’s truly a wonderful set.
