I get frustrated with cast iron pans because my food always sticks. However, my typical non-stick pans don’t provide that cast iron cook. This pan combines the best of both worlds. It’s a substantial pan that provides a great and even cook.

As a cast iron style pan it’s great but it isn’t non stick. If it was just marked a cast iron frying pan I’d give it 5 stars. I’ve used non stick and cast iron pans for years and while this seems to be a good balance of the two… it’s lacking on the non stick side in my opinion.If you’re looking for cast iron pan but without the heft of a full cast iron pan… then this is for you

I love this Gotham pan! It’s very heavy duty! Nothing sticks and you can use it in the oven! Just can’t use non stick sprays in it but you don’t need it! Very durable! This pan will last a long time.

I LOVE this pan! My favorite, go-to pan to use. The size is perfect for cooking almost anything. I like the weight of it and the design. It’s not heavy but is made heavy duty and high-quality! I also love that it can go in the oven. I use it on a daily basis and is VERY easy to clean and you can use any type of utensil on it. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a middle of the road size pan but on the top end of quality!

I brought the Gothem 10 inch frying pan and I really like it. It’s nice and strudy and cooks evenly, but it did stick a little. So I seasoned it with oil before I used it again and now it doesn’t stick. I want. to go and buy another one just bigger and with a lid
