Thus far have used on stovetop. on oven for a quiche type dessert and day before yesterday used the big pot to made hickory smoked baked beans in my smoker, Not one problem, even the beans around the edges of the pot where normally the dry out and stick, they did dry out but wiped right off with minimal effort

While I like the actual pots and pans, the utensils that come with this is a huge disappointment. It is made of cheap plastic and melts very easily. Be aware. I’d rather them not be included than to have something so poorly made. Why have a product that claims to be healthy (the cookware) and include a product that is dangerous (the utensils).

The set is definitely non-stick & easy to clean. The only problem is the lid handles get very hot because they’re metal. Need to remember to use an oven mitt or potholder to lift lid or you will burn your fingers! Even though it says dishwasher safe online, the enclosed literature says set will lose its shine/luster if put in the dishwasher. Otherwise good deal for the price.

I have only had a chance to use one of the sauce pans. It is much thinner and lighter than the other set that I have had for over twenty years. I like the ability to cook in the oven when needed. When I used the sauce pan on my stove top, the handles stayed cool to touch. Very pleased so far.
