I received the Gotham Steel Cookware and Bakeware Set as part of a sampling program and just love it. The pans and pots are very lightweight and heat up in minutes, with little to no oil or butter. Easy and even cooking for vegetables, chicken and omelets. I love the easy cleanup and the lids are clear with a steam valve for a rapid boil. The bakeware pans are great for baking cookies, roasting vegetables and other one pan meals which do not require foil paper and do not need to soaked. Highly recommend.

This is the most truly non-stick cookware that I have ever tried! My family has tested it with every really “sticky” cooking project we can think of, and it has performed beautifully. The promise of not needing oil in the pan is accurate, food just slides right off.The set has a nice variety of pan shapes and sizes, is a good kitchen starter set. The lids fit securely, and the vent hole keeps them in place, no steam rattling the lids loose. I have been pleasantly surprised by the even heat distribution, having been taught that a heavy pan isbetter than a light one –these pans are easy to handle yet they cook quite evenly.

I love this AMAZING set of cookware from Gotham Steele!! Muffin pan…. Used as suggested with no spray or butter in the pan, just poured my egg muffins into the pan and baked. Not one muffin stuck!! They slide right out with ease! The skillets!!!! …. No oil and no stick! Eggs slide right out of the skillet onto the plate. Easiest cleaning ever also!! Just wipe them out with a damp rag and dry. No scrubbing, no sticking = big win for me!! If you are looking for a good set of cookware you need to try some of the Gotham Steele brand!
