The 9.5 Quart GoWISE USA OVATE Pressure Cooker is the latest evolution in GoWISE Pressure Cookers. The Ovate is a designed with a new user-friendly touchscreen interface with 11 presents plus manual controls and 3 additional cook functions. The convenient oval shape allows for maximum space to prepare things like a whole chicken or roast on the roasting rack or prepare a dozen hard boiled eggs at the touch of a button. Oval pot comes with cool touch handles to remove the pot safely and easily pour contents into another bowl or container. It includes more customization options this time around with the ability to change temperature in addition to time and pressure level on many of the presets, and a delay feature for precision timing. 6 included accessories complement the new features a meat roasting rack to allow space for drippings and making it easier to remove after its cooked, a 12 egg rack for the egg setting, a flat rack for baking and canning, a steam basket for veggies and dumplings and 2 serving spoons. The cooker also includes Slow Cook or Keep Warm functions that do not cook with pressure.
