I have made several meals and have used the different settings and I’ve been extremely happy with the outcome of the food. I roasted a chicken on the rotisserie and it was super moist and juicy. I know a lot of kitchens out there are already crowded with various appliances and gadgets, but I have to say that it is definitely worthwhile to make space on your counter for this great pressure oven. I have used the fantastic rotisserie feature many times now. It has cut 30 minutes off the cooking time compared to my conventional oven. Sometimes it can be tough to get a rotisserie chicken just right – a lot of times it is easy to over cook and the meat is then get tough. This oven seems to get it right every time with extremely tender and juicy meat. I have been so impressed with the rotisserie feature that I haven’t tried some of the other foods mentioned in the accompanying booklet but based upon the results of my experience with the rotisserie birds l, I have to believe similar results would be obtained for other dishes. Overall, excellent product.

I have only used this oven a few times, because it does place a substantial draw on my off-grid system, but each time it has worked flawlessly. Things bake faster than in a conventional oven. Crusts get crispy. The presets are particularly easy to use. I live at altitude and I think the pressure feature actually helps things bake as though at sea level (which is where I learned, so that’s a plus). I am looking forward to using the rotisserie over the holidays. Another plus is that it is smaller than a conventional oven.
