I have had my Air Fryer for just under a year and I absolutely LOVE IT! So far it has been great and cooks everything to crispy perfection. The only flaw is that the little clear toggle on the handle has broken. I called customer care and spoke with Taylor who was very kind, courteous and professional. She listened to my issue and offered a great solution to resolve my issue. I will DEFINATELY be a loyal GoWise-USA customer not only because of the GREAT product but also now because of the great customer service!

So I replaced my 3 quart airfryer with the 5.8 quart digital Air Fryer. It works the same as other airfryer s overall. It is a nice size being almost double the size of my last one. I like the completely digital controls. My last airfryer had them printed on the machine and wiped off eventually with cleaning. I like the presets that make it easy for the kids to use it. They can choose fries and it sets the temp and time for them. Very convenient. Now for areas of opportunity – the door. I’m not sure if it is my unit or if they all work this way but, my door does not close smoothly. I have to make sure it is aligned and then almost slam it close. It is super annoying to come from one that just closes on track to having to attempt several times to close it. If you have a breaded item in the basket and it doesn’t close on track, you will knock it all off on the following attempts. It also makes a light whining noise like a capacitor is leaking. Many people may not hear it but I definitely did and I now unplug it unless it’s being used to prevent the noise. Overall, I think it is an okay airfryer that needs a few tweaks to be great. I received his airfryer free in exchange for review. All opinions expressed are my own.

I was surprised at the thickness of the housing and the size of the appliance, but I think now that that is necessary to make the device heat efficient.The larger appliance with the larger food basket was absolutely the right choice though, because cooking in smaller batches would become annoying fast. The appliance is easy to program and easy to use. There are varying modes and a pause control so you don’t lose cooking time while turning or stirring food. The recipes in the accompanying cookbook look very tasty, so that’s a good value. This model had the best Consumer Reports ratings for an affordable price range, coming in at 3rd over all. CR’s top 2 were too expensive for my sense of good value.Instructions that tell you to stir every 5 minutes don’t take into account that partly cooked food, such as fries, are too soft to stir. An easy fix is to dump the contents of the fryer’s food basket into a bowl and then dump them back in, which does the same thing.The device is quiet and it does not heat the room around it. It’s fast, and I’m glad I got it, as it and some other small appliances will help me while the remodelers tear out my old kitchen.

I purchased my fryer in February of 2020 in August the plastic on the handle broke and the basket chipped. I contacted Gowise sent pics and all necessary paperwork and the replaced it with the new larger basket. Love it I will purchase from them again awesome service. I a make bagels, chicken, dog treats veggies and everything in between.

I don’t like change and have always traditionally fried my food. I received this and immediately made French fries and pizza rolls in it. I am so pleasantly surprised. They were crispy and tasted great. I am very excited to try my hand at other things in this. This was so easy to set up and use. I definitely recommend this to others!

I have never owned an air fryer and always wanted too. I got this GoWISE 8-in-1 Digital Air Fryer and I seriously have found my new favorite kitchen appliance. I have no idea why I never got one before. It can cook so many things. It came with a book of 100 recipes that utilizes the air fryer. I tried making French fries right away. Then later made pork chops for dinner. The French fries, looked great. They were a little crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. I actually had to cook them a few minutes longer than the cook time. With the pork chops, I put in foil over the tray and made sure the sides of the foil came up so the grease wouldn’t leak out. Easy clean up. I rubbed my spices on 4 pieces of boneless pork chops. Cooked for 8 minutes, then flipped. The directions said 12 more minutes, but based on how they looked when I flipped them, I only cooked for 8 more minutes. Checked and made sure they were thoroughly cooked and they were delicious. They looked really done on the outside but were still tender and juicy on the inside. This is like a magic machine. It has a digital interface that comes on when you plug it in and when you slide in the drawer. I even tested out the pause during cooking and adjusted the time. You can use the 8 presets or set your own temp and time. It is really easy to clean up but you want it to sit for a while after use and always unplug it. I love mine. Trying bacon next and then going to find some new recipes to try. I love this thing. I did get to try this for free but the opinions here are based on my own experiences and I definitely recommend trying!
