I had a basket air fryer for years and recently bought this for the dehydrator capabilities. It air fries more consistently without the need for stirring. The 5 racks (not found on any other air fryer / dehydrator combo appliance) are key for making veggie chips/snacks, dried fruit, etc. I’m a vegeterian so I don’t need 400+ degrees – the Mojave is a must buy for every vegeterian. Ps air fried diced potatoes with avocado oil = best potato dish ever!

A much nicer air fryer. Compact enough that you can leave out and use more often. I have found that some of the cooking time suggestions are not long enough, however, they aren’t off by that much. Just needed to add a minute or two to a few things. Everything comes out cooked perfect. Clean up is a breeze. The wire racks can go into the dishwasher, but we are using this air fryer so much that we can’t wait for the wash cycle, so we just wash everything by hand. Great value!

This is a very large sized air fryer. It opens like an oven; my other air fryer has a drawer instead. The large size allows for shelves so you can cook larger portions and/or different courses at one time. The rotisserie accessories let you cook a multitude of foods, from a whole chicken to kabobs. The rotisserie cage adds a new level; in it you can air fry (for example) mixed vegetables. The digital controls are very intuitive and includes presets for many common foods (though the preset settings can be easily overridden and modified). There’s also a drip pan to make cleaning is easier. This is an excellent air fryer oven, and definitely worth considering if you’re in the market for one.

I purchased this item and am happy with the operation of the unit and also the size but the downfall is the cleanup, every crumb falls on the door and gets down in the crevices which makes a very difficult cleanup
