Was skeptical at first but have to say this has been holding up well. We have 4 people in the household and this gets used 5-6 times a day at a minimum. The extra trays allows us to always have clean tray and the size is pretty good for a family of 4. However if you’re making wings and fries and only using 2 trays you’ll probably only have enough for 2. Haven’t tried using 4 trays or the rotisserie yet. Surprisingly all beef hot dogs at 8 minutes come out nice resembling those from a grill. Does well with fries, tator tots, mozzarella cheese sticks, etc. Wings are sort of okay based on brand. I just got this in December so longevity is still in question but so far it is a hit with the family.

This Air fryer is out of this world! I literally use it every night and since our family is trying badly to get healthy this fits in perfectly! So far so good! we’ve had this for a few weeks now and love it. We’ve been making dehydrated zuchinni chips, roasted nuts and veggies, and chicken. it cooks way faster than an oven and adds a nice little crisp!

This air fryer is bulky, but if you’re going to have the bulk at least you’ve got the space inside to justify it. I like that I can stack three or four mesh racks and get plenty of food done at once instead of doing three or four separate batches like in a regular air fryer. Air flow is great, food is cooked and crispy. I did a rotisserie chicken and it came out perfect in 85 minutes. I can roast vegetables in 10-15 min where it used to take me an hour in my oven. The handle prevents the door from opening all the way unless you fully clear the countertop, but that’s really nitpicking when you consider how useful this appliance is. Great brand!

I just calculated the capacity of the Mojave according to your interior dimensions and you are a quart short. It calculates to 925.3125 CI = 16.022727273 qts. You are a quart short and that is a lot of area. Dimension on the 14.7 are way off as well 799.5 CI = 13.844156. Not sure where you are getting the other quart, but …… Not really happy with not getting what I ordered. First Impression: Appearance of quality. I just calculated the capacity of the Mojave according to your interior dimensions and you are a quart short. It calculates to 925.3125 CI = 16.022727273 qts. A quart short and that is a lot of area. Set it up on the counter, went to move it and two of the suction cup feet stayed on the counter. You have to lay the unit on its side to replace them (happens every move). I noted that the rotisserie forks for the chicken are in my opinion lacking quality and have since ordered the traditional 4 prong style. There were a couple of reports that the included caused the chicken to tear letting it not to rotate smoothly. First meal: burger, pineapple, and sweet potato waffle fries. I cook by meat temp over time. It was done early of the preset. The sweet potato fries were ok in the rotisserie basket, again less time. With what was cooked clean up of the basket and trays was ok. But my experience with the same style trays is that ease is dependent upon the food. The drip tray is far from non-stick. With just the drippings of two 5oz burgers, it was a soak and scrub. I have since cut a piece of silicone mat to fit the bottom of the pan and non-stick bbq mesh mat for each of the trays. The unit was fairly cool on the outside, but then this was a short fry time.

We use it for all intended purposes. Plenty of room with some to spare. We had another airfryer but was not large enough. This one takes the place of several of our aging appliances and is big enough to effective and adequate. So far, so good.

The basket for fries worked great. Chicken wings took twice as long as the preset and I had to keep rotating trays. The machine can not be under a cabinet or close to a wall so you have to move it to the edge of a counter (awkward) or an island. Clean up is a pain but overall usefulness, Love it.
