I bought this actually two one for neighbor and one for myself and I am so pleased with the purchase. Neighbor calls every day to tell me how much he loves this air frier and can’t believe how he’s lived so long without one. I feel the same way chicken takes 20 min shrimp 5 , just astounding. The ease is incredible and this tier is large enough for a family. Cooks perfectly could not be happier.

First of all the GoWise asteroid Fryer should get 5 stars for being R2D3 looking alone. At a sale price which sooner or later will most likely be its regular price a not bad 45 sawbucks. The control panel is suburb and very easy to use full function with intuitive programing supporting food industry shortcuts. The finish of cool down beeps are almost a to long five. Except thats a good thing if you’re a napper in waiting. The star deduction is just to powerful at this point. The beeps seems to be saying buy more in five part harmony. The language of the Whistlers long ago forgotten. Being devious you could make sure your wife hears cool off beeps and from a safe dreamy distance whisper buy more golf balls. Over all fast fast microwave, great food preparation, hello GoWise. The only test now of longevity me or the machine.

Great air fryer, great dehydrator. It is big, so be warned, but so worth the counter space!

I like it so far. Have to definitely figure out the settings. The one for rotisserie “blackened” the chicken. Good thing I don’t eat skin; but it still came out flavorful and moist. I’m also enjoying the dehydrator function.I originally bought two, but had to return one because of the size. While it’s not the largest on the market, it’s too tall to sit on the counter requiring us to get creative.

It’s good but needs more time to cook than the normal in the system

I forgot to mention in previous review that I also don’t need the grill to grill a steak 12 min, done, pork steaks the same just rotate the rack or flip after 6 min. For smoke of wood, just add a little liquid smoke to your meat, marinade, seasoning, however you wish. So far it’s done everything needed. Still need my hot pot though, but everything else I’m guessing has been done in this air fryer. And everything that’s been made comes out delicious. The best kitchen gadget/ cooking utensil I’ve ever purchased, and I’m just about the queen of kitchen gadgets but this one will never see the inside of a cabinet. It is used daily from bacon for breakfast in the morning, lunch on weekends, and practically every supper, if not using hot pot, which it only twice a month. So this fryer has made it to the ” cannot live without ” category and at this point cannot picture life without it. The only memories of the oven at this point is thanksgiving, and roasting a turkey. Stove Top, Hot Pot, Mojave Air Fryer, they are all a must in my kitchen.

Great product. We have dehydrated some strawberries, had rotisserie chicken and steak and several other foods. Cooked food was great and everything cleaned up real fast and easy.

GoWise USA came up huge on the 17 quart Mojave Air Fryer and Dehydrator. While I did receive the product from GoWise USA, the opinions in this review are my own. If you’re considering your first air fryer or if you’re upgrading from a smaller units that only has a frying basket, you’ll love this machine. It comes with lots of accessories and the interior room is amazing. Based on my experience, you can cook enough food in it simultaneously, to feed a family of 4-6 (no more frying in batches). Size is a big factor when choosing an air fryer. The Mojave’s oven style, large interior contains 5 racks giving you ample space to cook or dehydrate enough for everyone in the family at the same time, without over crowding your food, this is important if your goal is to get your food crispy. The Mojave certainly has plenty of space on the inside without being overly bulky on the outside. Bake, dehydrate or fry, you can do it all in this machine & typically in less time! Accessories are another big bonus with this machine. You get three different accessories that can be used with the rotisserie function, the rotisserie spit & forks, the skewer rotisserie, & the tumbling basket. Another great accessory was the handle for removing food from the rotisserie when it is complete. This saves a lot of burnt fingers & messed up pot holders. Another accessory is the deep mesh rack basket, I was impressed with its quality. It is at least 2 inches deep and can accommodate a variety of foods. I found the metal mesh of both the baskets and the racks to be a decent thickness and quite sturdy, they did not warp or flex with use. The presets feature takes the guesswork out of things for new users and I found the ones I used most were available on the Mojave. The unit also has the ability to set your specific temp and adjust to what ever cooking time is needed, which makes your options limitless. It’s easy to use, makes great food, has earned its spot on my counter, and it’s used almost daily!!

It hasn’t disappointed me yet. I’ve made porchetta, french fries, sweet potato fries, etc. But the best part is my grandchildren LOVE the apple chips, applesauce rollups and pumpkin pie leather I make for them. I have yet to explore how to convert temps and times from traditional oven to my Mojave for my other baked treats that the grandkids love. Thank you, GoWise USA!

Was skeptical at first but have to say this has been holding up well. We have 4 people in the household and this gets used 5-6 times a day at a minimum. The extra trays allows us to always have clean tray and the size is pretty good for a family of 4. However if you’re making wings and fries and only using 2 trays you’ll probably only have enough for 2. Haven’t tried using 4 trays or the rotisserie yet. Surprisingly all beef hot dogs at 8 minutes come out nice resembling those from a grill. Does well with fries, tator tots, mozzarella cheese sticks, etc. Wings are sort of okay based on brand. I just got this in December so longevity is still in question but so far it is a hit with the family.
