I seriously can cook so much with this air fryer. It’s big enough to use for at least a family of 5. Different rack lefts makes for easy ways to prepare family sized quantities. There’s a rotisserie piece that allows you to make chicken, ham, etc etc. the directions were super easy to understand the out of the box took about 10 minutes or less to get everything in place. The dehydrating feature, lets me make healthy snacks for my kids such as: dried apples and bananas. Reheating pizza? Ditch the microwave because this makes your left overs taste fresh again. So many different things to try, this device is totally worth it.

This machine is a beast! It’s quite large so it will take up a good amount of space on your counter, but it does the job of 4 appliances! It’s really nice – it’s well built, it heats up quickly, and it’s easy to use. It comes with 2 recipe booklets to get you started. I love that it has a viewing window so you can watch your food cook and keep an eye on it throughout the various stages of cooking. My old air fryer did not have a window so I often had to open it up, which let the heat out, to check the food. There’s also a light that you can turn on for a better view. It comes with a bunch of accessories – 5 mesh racks, a rotisserie basket, rod, and tongs, kabob skewers, a mesh basket, and a drip tray. It’s not extremely loud, and the outside of it got warm but not so warm that it could not be touched. You can use the preset time and temperature buttons on the touch screen, or you can use the up/down arrows on either side of the touch screen to manually set your own time and temperature. I have used this machine a few times now and it’s worked well for some things and not so well for others. My first experience using this air fryer was not great. I tried making grilled cheese sandwiches (there’s a recipe in the recipe book included with this air fryer for spicy grilled cheese sandwiches). After 5 minutes the pieces of bread on top of the sandwiches was turning a golden brown in some places. I checked the bottom pieces of bread and they were not cooking at all, still very soggy with butter. I flipped the sandwiches over to let the bottoms cook for another 5 minutes. The sandwiches were just okay – not like “grilled cheese sandwiches” at all, more like crunchy, crumbly, toasted cheese sandwiches. The crust was very hard and dry. I don’t think I’ll try making those in this machine again.I also attempted to use this over to reheat leftover pizza…that did not go well either. I had one mesh rack on the 2nd lowest notch and another mesh rack on the notch above that rack. The 2nd mesh rack was in the middle of the machine. The pizza on the lowest rack came out fine, but the pizza that was in the middle rack was burnt and inedible. The crust was like a brick. If you want to use this machine to reheat pizza, I recommend putting on the lowest racks. I used this machine to make chicken breasts dredged in olive oil and a bread crumb coating. These came out pretty good! The chicken was VERY juicy and tender, the crumb coating was crispy and a lovely golden brown. The bottom side of each piece was a little soggy, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Next time I will flip them part way through cooking. After having success with chicken breasts I tried the same thing with breaded pork chops, and again they came out great – very tender and juicy with a crispy golden brown crumb coating. I have not yet had a chance to try a rotisserie chicken or dehydrating anything, but I have used the rotisserie basket to make french fries and those came out perfectly! We love it so far, and will start using it more and become more adventurous with it over time. It’s much faster and more convenient to use this than to wait for the big oven to preheat, and then heat up the whole house. It’s perfect for heating up snacks for after school or in-between meals. We 100% recommend it!

I had a small 5.8 quart for about 4 years the used everyday so I done a lot of research on a bigger one and look for a long time on gowise 11.7 and 12.7 and then I found this big monster so I didn’t research on it and bought it and so glad I did I’ve used it sometimes three times a day I’ve done whole chickens turkey breast fries tater tots fish everything I’ve done taste great sometimes it takes a little longer to cook than my small one because this one it’s so big but it’s worth waiting in little longer I highly recommend this one and I bought the accessories so I can still use a basket I bought a 6.3 basket to Daniel comes off so you can put it in there although have not used it yet

I use this product for just about everything, and the neighbor I bought one for same for him. We both literally have no use for our ovens nor fryers anymore. This is a wonder product, I researched a lot of fryers before settling on this one and I’m so glad I did. Easy to clean and just about anything I’ve wanted to cook fits in it and it’s large enough for a family not single portions. Neighbor only had one set back the chicken he wanted to try the rotisserie attachment was to large. If I had the money I would not stop at buying the neighbor his he quickly offered to pay me for it but I made it a gift. There are 2 or three others I’d like to get this for. And I do not regret these purchases in the least.

GoWIse is a nice compact, light weight appliance sporting many features that expand my culinary capabilities. Over the holidays, we rotisseried two chickens, made beautiful veggie kabobs, beef and chicken skewers, and dried candied fruit peels. All were delicious and fun to serve. The cleanup was surprisingly easy. Made my doubting husband and skeptical sister fans.
