Yes – the 2-in-1 149 sq. in. Black Smokeless Indoor Grill with Interchangeable Plates does what it says it is going to do. It cooks food, does it well, and without smoke. It comes with a booklet of 20 recipes which I have not tried out yet. Some parts can go into the dishwasher but not all. The price/value of the grill is okay. I might use the grill more in the winter time when I’m not using my gas grill as much or maybe when it is raining. However my plain ol’ frying pan (& lid) or different electric grill will probably still be my go-to cooking items. Here’s why?- this grill takes up a lot of real estate on my kitchen counter. There is also a lot of plastic to this unit.- this also equates to taking up a lot of storage space too. This is not fitting, say just easily underneath in my kitchen cabinets. Will need to go into my pantry, hall closet, or basement.- the directions are not terribly helpful in setup. In fact, if it wasn’t for grill’s photos, I wouldn’t have known what to do with the little plastic bag of 4 metal handles.- make sure you get all the hidden styrofoam pieces out before cooking!- I’d rather have temperatures on the heat dial instead of simply settings. This is much more of a guessing game with settings.- If the fan is important enough to make the grill smokeless (and should probably always be used/on), then why give it a button to turn on & off? Just make it part of the power and always be on when the grill is on.- When I find my eggs running off the sides of the griddle plate, I am less than thrilled having to scrape them back up and onto the griddle.- I am not happy at all about pouring grease down my kitchen sink drain from the water tray (which, by the way, I don’t understand what it exactly does) because the grease is mixed in with this water. I normally for the last 35+ years (and my mother before me) pour grease off into a vegetable can or pet food can – not pour it down my kitchen sink!! That’s not good!! And to boot, what I don’t or am unable to pour down the drain, I am using dozens of paper towels to wipe dry/clean before washing. This is ludicrous! And be careful not to drip or spill any of the oily, greasy water from the drip tray when taking it over to the kitchen sink.There’s a lot of setup & cleanup times AND efforts for this grill when making a meal when I’d already be done cooking it a different way. Does it cook and with limited smoke? Yes. But it’s a lot more work and time from start to finish.

I have only used it 2 times, both times it was not 100% smokeless! I’m also having a hard time learning the temperature control dials settings related to surface temperature. It would be helpful if there was an instruction sheet to define the dial settings!

I rate this as a Average product. The over construction of the indoor grill is very good and I did like the interchangeable grill/ griddle plates. However, I’m not sure if it worked as described. It said it had a built in fan to keep the smoke at bay but when I turned on the fan switch nothing happened. I couldn’t here any type of noise that would indicate a fan was working. Maybe I got a faulty one but I can’t confirm that it works. It cooks well overall but It still smoke filled my house when I was cooking.

I used this GoWISE USA 2-in-1 Smokeless Electric Indoor BBQ Grill and Griddle with Built-in Fan and Non-Stick Cooking Surface last night for the first time and was pleased with how the meat turned out. I used the smokeless grill side and tried thin cut pork chops and then some smoked sausages and was very happy with how both of them turned out and tasted. I think the sausage tasted more “grilled” if you will but they both were very good. Clean up was as easy as it says it is with this non-stick cooking surface and the fan worked well to contain any smoke from the meat grilling. We’re close to retiring and think this will be perfect for making dinner for the two of us. I plan on using the griddle side frequently for pancakes and sausage, etc. and I’m sure I will be using this appliance all the time!

I was surprised to find that it ‘s bigger than what I had expected, compared to the Power brand. The heat seems week and jumping from one heat option to another is slow. It’s so so for me so far.

I am in love with this grill/griddle combo. My first time using it, I made thin cut steak on the griddle for 2 minutes per side. I started out at level 3 heat and it wasn’t as seared as I would have liked, so I upped the heat to 5 and it came out perfect! I put 1 cup water in the water tray, but forgot to turn on the fan the first time I used it, and it was still very smokeless nonetheless! There was still lots of water left over in the tray when I was finished – I was curious whether it would evaporate, and if I would need to add water later, but I was happy to see that I didn’t need to. I think the instruction manual could use some updating; at first I couldn’t tell what the metal handles were for exactly until I looked at the image on the box. I would also like more information as to what temperatures the numbers on the dial represent.Overall, though, it was very easy to set up, heated quickly, and cooked my steak very evenly. Normally when I try to cook steak on the stovetop, I end up with a side of it overcooked and a side undercooked (of the same piece of steak! But not with this electric grill, and that’s what I love the most about it.)Also, I normally can’t grill inside the home because, whenever I’d cook steak on the stovetop, my son’s asthma would flare up from the thick smoke and he would start coughing. But he did not cough at all when I had this grill on because there was no smoke at all, and he was even sitting very close to the device waiting for dinner. I am truly happy.

This has been a very useful cooking appliance for my family. It’s easy to operate and cooks well. So far, I’ve made pancakes and cheeseburgers on it. They both turned out delicious and evenly cooked. It really is smokeless. Just be sure to follow the instructions and it does it’s job well. When I made the pancakes I loved how I could control the temperature to exactly where I needed it, and the griddle heated up evenly. The results were way better than anything I ever achieve in a pan on the stove. I also didn’t need to use anything to prevent sticking which was nice. Clean up is straightforward and easy. I know we will be getting a lot of use out of this appliance. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Nice grill, works great and gets hot fast! I use it for my catering business so while some claim it’s too big I wish it could be a little bigger, I can only grill about six thin sliced boneless chicken breast at a time. Very little smoke so it’s great for the commercial kitchen I use. If they come out with a bigger one, I will be ordering it.
