Our grill was well packaged and simple to assemble.This smokeless indoor grill/griddle heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Smoke is a non issue, and cleanup is a breeze. Have cooked steaks, chops, veggies, pancakes and more. Very happy our GoWiseUSA grill!!

This has a griddle and a grill. It make pancakes to burgers quick and efficiently. The built in fan keeps the kitchen from smoking up. Great price, great grill.

Nice idea, but quite underpowered. For example, cooking four 1/3 pound hamburgers took 20 minutes after I had let it warm up for 15 minutes. Absolutely no smoke or splatter though.I tried it the next morning with the included griddle. Hash browns came out OK, but again took forever. When I dumped scrambled eggs onto the surface, they ran for exit and were draining quickly into the drip pan underneath. I was hoping the eggs would start to solidify sooner and I lost a couple before the cooking started.Where this grill really excels is its ease of cleaning. It comes completely apart in about 15 seconds. I was able to easily wash off the grease, eggs, etc. with a sponge. It’s dishwasher safe, but I usually wash the big stuff by hand.

I got this a few weeks ago and haven’t been able to stop using it. I live in an apartment with a sensitive smoke alarm so this griddle/grill is perfect and makes for an easy cleanup. It’s so easy to switch between the griddle and the grill.

This Smokeless electric grill is my new favorite appliance for my kitchen. I live in an apartment complex, so I’m not able to grill outside like I would like to. This allows me to have grilled food inside my own home without all the smoking hassle of the traditional grill. I able to cook a large amount of food on this appliance and it’s perfect for when I’m cooking for my friends for larger parties. Another thing that I appreciate about this is that it’s also a griddle, so I am able to make my breakfast foods as well. I found this was easy to clean and to store inside my cabinet. Love this item! Great for multiple uses which is important for my busy lifestyle.
