I’ve used other high end cookware in the past, including some that were very expensive, copper core stainless pans. Trying to clean them was a nightmare. I needed something non-stick for times when I’m not needing a sear, but cooking eggs, sauces, etc. These fit the bill perfectly. Good sizes, lids fit nicely and everything is heavy and well constructed. The nonstick finish IS impressive. I didn’t hammer on it, but using metal utensils / forks / spatulas didn’t seem to faze this finish at all! I will, of course, use silicon tools most of the time, but I wanted to test it and see how well it would hold up. From everything I can see, these pans (and pots) will last a lifetime.

I purchased this beautiful Granite Stone Diamond Blue 10 piece Set cookware and I’m so happy I did the cooking was so much less mess and the clean up after spaghetti I basically wiped the pans with a damp towel these are so beautiful the stainless steel insert is still as shiny as when I took it out of the box it’s well worth any price because they will outlast you.

The Granite Stone Diamond Blue 10PC Set comes with everything I use daily when cooking, also are a very attractive blue color that makes my kitchen look nice and organized. The other great feature is that I don’t need oil or butter when cooking, its made with granite stone blue for a nonstick cooking experience. After trying a few different foods I found that most everything I cooked didn’t stick except when I made over easy eggs, but even with that I just had to add a very little amount of olive oil. My overall thoughts most everything didn’t stick and it allowed a healthier eating for me, the coating inside was very durable when using different metal utensils that did not scrape or scratch bottom, the handles did not get hot and were cool to touch, the lids have a small opening to release steam when cooking and are safe for stove top and oven along with the pans, easy to clean also dishwater safe, made free of PFOA, PFOS, lead and cadmium which is healthy and NON-Toxic. I truly believe this are made of good quality, amazing durability, and will last a long time!

The description states use no oil or butter. Not true. They are nice and well built. They have a nice weight to them, along with steady handles. I don’t recommend but I also don’t not recommend. They are a nice set of pans just don’t know yet if they are my kind of pans.

I love this non-stick cookware. The pans are great! The set includes all the right size pans and I love that it came with a steamer as we are trying to eat healthier. I followed the directions to wash it the first time with soap and water. Also the first time I used it, I seasoned it with oil. Since then I haven’t had to use any oil and it definitely is non-stick. I use it on low to medium heat and it cooks evenly and well. I wondered if the handle would get too hot. The handle does heat up slightly depending on how high I have the heat, but I normally use a hot pad when cooking so this hasn’t been an issue for me. I love that I can use it in the oven as well. I was able to go from the stove and straight into the oven to finish baking which makes a lot less cleanup. Definitely love this Granite Stone Diamond Blue cookware!

I love the pans, but the lids get too hot on the handles!!!! They need to improve the handle of the lids so they are not so hot that you have to use a hot pad to remove them!!!!

I am very impressed with the value for money and overall style of this set.The blue color looks gorgeous in my kitchen, which also has blue accents like pendant light shades over the central island, and above cabinet LED concealed lighting.The versatile glass lids are a boon when simmering or stir frying, but the steamer is my favorite item – broccoli has never tasted so good.My only reservation is you do need oven mitts or heatproof cloth to remove the pans from the cooker surface as the handles transmit all of the heat from the pan.Some sort of insulation would have been very welcome.The non stick surface works perfectly, but only time will tell how long that will last.Overall this is a great set of pans, and definitely well worth the cost.
