These pans are great! I love being able to cook without adding oil or butter to the pan. There is a little bit of sticking with some items but the food doesn’t burn. I did baked beans in one of the pots and had no issues. Cleanup is a breeze.

This Granitestone Diamond pro has a coarse feel to it. This is the first time I’ve used a hard anodized aluminum pan, so I’m not used to the rough coating. With that being said, you can use metal utensils on this pan. The 2 piece pan set measures 10 and 11.5 inches. The larger pan is huge. I don’t even have a lid that size. Per instructions, this pan is designed to be used without oil or butter. So I took the liberty of scrambling eggs with cheese without any kind of oil and the eggs stuck. The bottom part of the eggs where like peeling paper. Needless to say, I used butter the second go round and it didn’t stick. The instructions did say if you choose to use oil or butter, then cook at low or medium heat. And you can’t use non stick sprays. So far, I’ve cooked bacon, salmon cakes, chicken tenderloins and vegetables in it. And it required oil except the bacon. To me, in order to be a true non-stick pan means no oil or butter. As far as washing, no problem. Food comes off easily and it has a 10 year limited warranty.

I received my Granite Stone – Pro Hard Anodized 13 pc. Cookware Set and the first thing I noticed, right out of the box is what an attractive set of cookware this is and that it goes with any decor. There are so many great features to this cookware including the fact that that it is durable and dishwasher safe making cleanup so easy. The handles are cool-touch handles and the glass lids fit tightly. The set is oven safe which is a great feature and the nonstick finish makes cooking so easy. This cookware set includes all the saucepans, cooking pot, saute and frying pans, including lids, you need to cook family meals. They are very well made and I love cooking complete meals for my family and friends and I see them lasting quite a while, so I highly recommend this set of cookware.

I received my Pans about 4 days ago and they have not been off my stove. I like (not love) the handles; which to me are a bit too smooth. I would have probably had some kind of traction or grips put on them; I was doing some fried fish on the stove and my hands were a bit wet and It almost slipped right out of my hand. that all being said, I cannot think of a better pan in regards to heat balance, ease of clean , and potential durability. I can see these pans lasting for a long time in our kitchen because we take care of our things. I would recommend this set to anyone but I would (and am going to do this today) get some grips for the handles.

I had seen this product on television and wondered how it would actually work. It works great on most foods. It heats evenly and quickly. The only complaint I had was when frying eggs. the eggs actually stuck pan. I hope the company will either correct the problem or advertize without using eggs in their postings.

I received this pan set about 2 weeks ago and I can’t stop using them! I was amazed with how evenly the pans heat. The first true non stick pan I’ve ever owned. To test the nonstick ability we cooked an egg with cheese on the pan with no cooking spray. Much to my surprise the egg and cheese effortlessly slid right off the pan. these skillets are thick, sturdy, and very durable. Tjey are made to not use oils or butter. And nothing sticks! If you do have a need to use oil, do so at very low heat to protect your pan. The enamel interior is also very nice looking. They can handle high heat and would be great to take camping! I recommend these for everyone. They are the perfect skillet!

As a mom and wife, who does 99.9% of the cooking in the house, I go through A LOT of pots and pans. I just recently got this set and have to say I love it!! Nothing sticks so it’s so easy to turn over the eggs, scramble up some beef, cook the chicken without a mess! They wash up really easy too and my husband even has cooked a few meals because he loves the pans. I’m no longer cussing at the pans for not scrubbing clean or for everything sticking to the bottom! These pots give me a new confidence in cooking. I tend to burn food but these pots it just slides around and can easy be wiped away with a soft sponge. The color and etched lines are a nice looking design, simple but eye pleasing. They are easy to wash and stack neatly for storage.

I have been struggling for a while to find a good pan since my trusty pans have been “well over used” and are on their way out. The GraniteStone pans are it! The first day I received them, I really put them to the test with burgers and mushrooms. One pan I sautéed mushrooms and in the other I fully cooked a burger with cheese. The pans did not take forever to heat and stayed heated evenly throughout the cooking process. Cleanup is always a daunting task, but these pans were a simple wipe clean with a washrag and bam – clean! Way easier than expected. I cannot wait to add to these two pans with more from the GraniteStone Diamond Pro product line.

We cook a lot and finding good pans to hold up is impossible sometimes. These are really nice, they seem hard, seem to hold up to different foods, boiling water, and even constent washing. There is a 10 year warrenty on the to which is a bonus. I havent had a issue with breakage or scratches whish is nice. I believe dish washer safe but we wash by hand. Food doesnt stick which is a bonus, nothibg wprse then food sticking overal the set is nice.
