A well-made unit. Purchased for a school event and ran it non-stop for 4-hours, cooking a case (24 bags) of the GN pre-mixed popcorn packs. Clean-up is on par with other comm. kitchen equip. (not a breeze, but not that bad). Had to work on the hinges with a needle file to get the door installed.

Popcorn machine was very easy to assemble. Just like the ones in the movie theatre with the great tasting popcorn. Very easy to operate and clean after usage. Only downside is the aluminum door that opens on the bottom is very cheaply made in which sometimes can pop out and can easily bend. My kids love it and I would definitely buy another one if it broke.

With no prior experience, we were able to pop great popcorn. Just add oil, kernals & salt in the right amounts, turn the stirrer on and then the heat. Also it was not difficult cleaning up. Our only gripe would be the location of the power cord. We would have preferred the cord to exit out the back, not the right side.
