Family is enjoying the popcorn machine. However one piece can bent , I can’t reach anyone at great northern via email or phone. I am disappointed by that but the popcorn popper works. I really would love to have the bent top replaced. Thank you

Popcorn machine was packed extremely well so that even UPS could not damage it. Assembly was straightforward and instructions were clear. Made a delicious batch of movie popcorn the first time. Clean up takes a little time but not difficult. Very happy with this product!

We looked all around for a popcorn maker that would work for our family in our game room but also work for fundraisers for our local Cub Scout group. This popcorn maker is more than perfect for both. The medium kettle is the right size for home use or small fundraisers. The metal frame and glass windows are durable enough that moving it around won’t hurt it unlike thinner metal or plastic Windows. The shipping box had some damage but nothing that we were concerned about. Over all exactly what we wanted.
