I have owned this saw for about a month now. It is heavy and very well made and powerful. It is the first real bandsaw I have ever owned and I could not be happier with it. The adjustments are easy and the manual is well laid out. I highly recommend getting a saw with a brake like this one has. It takes so long for the blade to stop without a brake that it gets very annoying. I have ripped oak 12″ thick with it and it performed flawlessly. The blade that comes with the saw is not that great but I look at it like it is for learning before purchasing good blades. It is not terrible though. It is just an “all around” type of blade rather than being a great blade for ripping or tight turning cuts. May be my inexperience talking here though. I am very happy with this saw.

Ordering this from HD instead of grizzly was a much better idea. The saw was easy to set up and cuts trie right out of the box. The dust collection on the saw sucks. Easy to modify a fix but dust collection should be a given in this day and age. Overall a great solid saw
