The CHP cutters are sheared from 2.0-5.0 mm carbon steel and then precision ground to exacting specifications. The steel is heat treated to harden the tool for long tool life. The CHP TRR-58-G is a very strong macro cutter with long handles and a wide 0.63 in. head. This is a great tool for electronics work. In addition to electronics work, goldsmiths use the TRR-58-G for cutting rubber seals.
