Ironing is not my favorite chore, but this one makes it a whole lot more pleasant! I had been looking to update my iron and specifically wanted one with a retractable cord. This one met that need so I decided to give it a try. It is superior in every way to my old iron. Love the ironing surface, both the size and the non-stick feature. The controls are easy to use, and the retractable cord is just fabulous! I highly recommend this iron, it is just working out great!

I like an iron that has a little weight to it – not extremely heavy but more than a light weight version. The weight was good for me and for ironing wrinkles out. I like many of the features and it works well for its purpose! I always use distilled water in my irons for the steam feature, and as the instructions direct, waited 2 minutes to allow the iron to heat properly for that feature. It worked well on heavier products like jeans as well as light cotton shirts. I would actually rate it at 4.5 stars if it would let me simply because I haven’t had it for a long period of time so I can’t say as to long life durability yet, but I expect it to perform well, based on the time I have had it so far!
