I am pretty happy with this toaster overall. It has taken a few tries to get the proper degree of toastiness for different things, there is definitely a learning curve to it! Don’t give up, you will find out the perfect setting after a few tries! Additionally being able to successfully toast a frozen item is awesome. The stainless steel perfectly matches my appliances, and it is a welcome addition to the countertop as a result. The crumb tray is easily accessible and holds a lot of crumbs. If they made this in a four slice version I would buy it without a moment’s hesitation! I completely recommend this, you cannot go wrong.

I love toast in the morning but had stopped an everyday event because the toast was always overburnt or under browned or whatever. Unitl this one. It does everything it says it does. I put in white bread and it’s perfect, a bagel that finally is crisp on one side and soft on the other, my homemade sourdough bread is lightly browned and still soft enough to bite into. It took a bit of adjusting to find the texture setting but once done seemed right for everything I toast. If I had to find one thing wrong with the toaster it would be that I sometimes do not hear it pop up; it is very quiet. Raising the carrier up to the top to retrieve bread is easy. There’s also a symbol on the top indicating which way a bagel should be placed inside or which slot to use for one slice. It fits on the same tray I used for my former toaster so is not terribly large for storage nor too small for larger or thicker slices of bread. The cleanout tray is easy to remove and clean because it’s on the side as opposed to the end. I am amazed at it and love it and enjoy my morning coffee so much more. This is THE best choice for a toaster at any price.

Love all the features on this toaster. Six different bread settings, from gluten free, bagel, sweet, artisan , white and whole wheat. You can toast one slice perfectly or put in a frozen slice or bagel and it will toast just the way you like it. Toast color settings range from one to seven. Easy to use.

I love the design of this toaster. I’m able to control the color of my toast by bread type and whether or not it’s frozen. I can even cancel the toasting cycle if I need to. I like the bread lift lever. I can lift the bread up higher to retrieve it from the toaster. The slits are wider to accommodate bagels or larger slices of bread. It’s also easy to clean with the slide out crumb tray. I toasted 2 slices of soft organic wheat bread on the options whole grain and shade level 2. The bread was toasted lightly without color but you could taste a slight crunch to the bread. Just like I want it!I recommend this toaster to others.

This product works wonderfully. It toasts everything perfectly. I’m loving the bagel setting and 1 slice of bread feature. Although I was not aware you have to turn the bagel outwards to toast. I made that mistake a couple of times and it would toast the bottoms of the bagel. Once I figured that out I couldn’t be happier with this toaster!!

I love this toaster! Someone in my home has toast, waffles or bagels almost every day. The different settings for breads has made getting the perfect toast super easy. Having a setting for different bread types has made toasting so much simpler. I prefer whole grain or bagels, the kids live their waffles and my husband prefers white bread. With multiple options like whole grain and bagels No more flipping the breads or multiple rounds of roasting. Just choose the right bread type and set your choice of browning level and go. It makes delicious toast every time. The one slice option is great for efficiency and for those quick snacks. The baskets are sturdy and grip the bread firmly. The plunger clicks firm to slide down in the toaster with ease. There is a nice crumb tray on the side to make cleaning easy. I replaced my four slice toaster with this one and don’t regret it all. I would recommend this to anyone who uses their toaster regularly. It’s quick and dependable.

This is the most awesome toaster I have ever owned.It so much bigger than my standard older toaster I had for several years.Its black and stainless just like all my appliances. My old toaster stayed in the cabinet but not this one its to nice.It has so may options.Thin or thick slices,bread or bagels.I am mostly in love with the color selection that I can choose.My husband likes his bread toasted dark,while I prefer lighter toast. This is a good toaster that does its job great. It has settings for the type of bread and even a setting for frozen. This is thicker so you can toast bread that is thicker then normal. Also it is longer so you can toast the bread that is longer then normal bread. It has a pullout crumb tray for easy clean up. And if you are just wanting to toast one piece of bread you can do that as well. And your bread comes out nice and evenly toasted on both sides. Perfect toaster for any household.

Toaster has selections for different bread types on top of the shade selections; gone are my days of selecting the lowest setting and toasting twice. The cancel feature is great if you start toasting on the wrong setting. Slots are wide to toast bagels or brioche buns for a sandwich/burger. I also like that the crumb tray slides out for easy cleaning.

I just got the Hamilton Beach Expert Toaster and I do believe this is the best toaster I have had. The different adjustments for the type of bread you are using is really nice. We have so far tried it for most of the settings and it toasted the different types of bread nicely. Whether I use one slice or two it has toasted the way I like it. My husband likes his bread crisp but not brown so he uses number 2 and I like mine brown and crisp so I use 3-3 1/2. My blind stepson has no problems using it by himself for his toaster waffles. It is consistent so that he never has to readjust the settings so he knows what button to push for frozen and that the temp knob just has to be turned all the way to the left. I have to say that I do love this toaster.

I love this toaster! It cooks perfectly and the slots are long enough, I can toast rye bread without having to flip it!! it even has a tray to pull out, without having to lift the toaster, to empty the crumbs!! I love how you can set it for different kinds of bread. I wish I would have had this toaster years ago!! I will definitely be buying a couple for Christmas gifts!!

This toaster is exactly what I needed! I love that it has several options for different kinds of bread. There are several options for how dark you want your toast as well. It is extremely easy to use and works great. It only holds two pieces of toast but works quickly so this isn’t a big deal at all.
