Love the toaster. It’s very easy to use and my bagels are cooked just at the temperature it needs to be. It’s a really nice heavy duty toaster. Everyone at my house love the new toaster. In fact, I bought an extra one for my workplace for my co-workers to use as well.

Toaster works good on toast. I have used the bagel setting and had to turn the sector switch all the way up and run my english muffen thru twice and then run it under the toast part to get it to look like it was toasted. For toast it works very well.

I like it a lot, but the photo shows the crumb trays in the front of the toaster, well it came with it in the back which was kind of disappointing, other than that it is a good product, just disappointing, wasn’t exactly what I wanted, too bad, I guess I would recommend this product.

Looks good and makes good toast! Was a bit tricky to find correct ‘toast’ setting when it was brand-brand new, but now has settled to the #4 setting to be working perfectly. The bagel & defrost settings work really well too, and the wider slots take ‘texas-toast’ easily. Although I really miss the ‘egg-boiling’ feature of my previous toaster, I’m way happy with this toaster!!
