It was packaged well and so it arrived undamaged. I like the wide openings so the toast, bagels or English muffins are easy to remove without getting stuck. And the settings are easy to read and use. So yes I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a toaster.

The toaster doesn’t seem to be as good quality as the 4 slice Hamilton beach toaster it is replacing. Our old almost identical toaster seems to have better quality. Wish we could repair the old one. We also have one at our vacation home.

Good toaster but the CRUMB TRAY is now in the BACK which makes it harder to clean.

Our toaster works great so far & looks good too. The only two things that I think could be improved are 1) the trays that catch the crumbs have changed from front access to rear access, and 2) you have to have a utensil to remove toast because pop up above the toaster slots.
