The toaster came very quickly after I ordered it, and it was in the original packaging, nicely padded and in perfect condition right out of the box.It toasts bread evenly, and being able to pop the toast up higher with the lever makes it easy to get the toast out. The only problem, and it’s a small one, is that shorter pieces can fall sideways in the slot and get caught as you’re trying to pop them up. Overall, though, it’s a great product and I’m glad I ordered it.
