This HB Searing Grill is really well made and sold at a excellent price. It heats up pretty fast…the only reason I gave it only 3 stars is because the inside is smaller than stated at 118. The reason being is that a good percent can’t be used as a grill, not really. I don’t know why they did this but I needed a much larger cooking surface.
