The best part of the Panini Press Indoor Grill is that it is easy to use and clean. I was excited that the flavor and quality of a professional Panini Sandwich was produced in my kitchen; the movable hinge allows variety breads of all sizes to be used. My version of a Cuban sandwich was a real treat. Even better, the temperature control allows other items to be cooked including bacon and hash browns. It will also grill vegetables or fruit along with smaller servings of chicken breast or steak. Hamburgers or salmon can be ready in minutes. Another convenient feature is the lock that allows the grill to be stored upright to save precious kitchen space.

This little press is awesome. It doesn’t just do sandwiches. It cooks meat too and you can cook on it from frozen. It cooks most meats in under 10 minutes. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the lid doesn’t lock in any open positions to do open face sandwiches.

We opened the box and were making Panini sandwiches for a crowd in just a few minutes. We love the ease of set up, ease of use and clean up was a breeze.I only wish that the plates were removable. When we have made Paninis, we haven’t really used anything greasy or too messy so just wiping down the plates was easy. However, I could see if you did a meatball sub you might have a little problem with clean up. Removable plates would a great addition.
