I am giving this waffle maker five stars because it a) makes great waffles b) is built with quality, where everything moves smoothly and clicks firmly into place (it does not wobble or wiggle in use) and c) the dishwasher safe, removable grids make clean up a snap.Over all a very nice waffle maker. It does the job with no sloppy handles, it stays in place when inverted, and is super easy to clean up.
