The size, color, features, especially the flip top to save counter space, is perfect for all my needs. Did end up purchasing 2, as first one made a rather loud rattling fan noise on convection setting for a couple minutes, then became whisper quiet, as if preheating was finished & unit was ready. A call to consumer affairs at Hamilton Beach confirmed this was NOT supposed to be happening. Ordered another through Home Depot. When second one arrived, returned the original to Home Depot for full credit. All the settings are working fine & no loud fan noise when using convection feature.

This is a very nice counter top convection oven. We’ve done toast and pizza so far. Pizza will take longer than in a regular convection oven. However, it’s also using 60% less power so it’s understandable. It has a smaller footprint than most other countertop ovens.

I ordered this from Home Depot and it was delivered to my door earlier than expected. I have had it for about 3 weeks and found it super easy to use. Also, it looks nice on the counter. It takes much less time to heat up than our stove and the instruction book is very well written. I would definitely recommend this product for someone who doesn’t really need a large stove to cook a small amount of food. This oven is a great space-saver. I now have all of that space in front of the oven because the door swings up and over. The only challenge is cleaning the glass door. Is difficult to access the inside of the glass to clean otherwise this is a great toaster oven.
