Every kitchen needs a crock pot, and I love that this one is large enough to feed a crowd. It has no bells and whistles, but I didn’t want any. The lid does not fit tightly, so the first time I used it there was a puddle of condensation that had been spit out onto the counter. This was a replacement for the same model I had purchased years ago (the crock on that one eventually cracked), so I salvaged the old lid which had a better seal. If I had not had that option, I might have returned it.
