I love this 10 quart Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker. My only wish is that I knew about this size sooner. We have a large family and it will definitely come in handy for family meals. I got this slow cooker for the size. I have a large family. I do far have made chili and a whole roasting chicken stuffed. I am so excited about the size it’s perfect for my family.I like it because it fits on my counter. But if you told the handles down it fits on the bottom cabinet.the fold down handles are one of the perks and was so easy to use.the control panel is also easy to read.

This slow cooker is perfect for the game day party, or if you need to feed any other small army. You never really realize how much volume 10 quarts really is until you have it there before you. It’s like a small bathtub! The unique fold-up handles are extremely useful if you have to move the unit before removing the pot, as it can be very heavy if you have filled it up to that 10 quart capacity.I have 5 slow cookers, and while this model heats and cooks quite well, the thing that makes it stand out is how beautiful it is! It has a brushed, silver-gray aluminum outside, and the pot is black. It is an appliance that you will want to leave sitting on the counter even when it is not cooking, just because of its attractiveness. I can’t say this about most appliances.

First, the slow cooker is nice and simple to use. No fancy electronics to cause SNAFUs, which is a good thing. The size of the cooker is great because there is no problem fitting a LARGE piece of brisket into it. Can’t wait to try a huge roast in it next. I was concerned that the baked on food would be hard to clean afterwards, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. All in all it’s a good simple BIG slow cooker and I would definitely recommend it to people who need to cook large meals.

Hamilton Beach 10 Quart Slow CookerI just obtained my Hamilton Beach 10 Quart Slow Cooker and so far I really love it. An appeal in getting it is the extra large capacity that can handle ribs, large beef or pork roasts, and even a miss size turkey or large turkey breast. In cool weather I like to prepare a large pot of homemade vegetable beef soup that I can enjoy it for several days and then freeze the rest for later. This cooker will make that soup preparation even easier. In addition to high and low cook settings, it also has a warm setting which is great for serving from the slow cooker for family gatherings or parties. The removable stoneware crock and glass lid make clean up fast and easy as they can be cleaned in the dishwasher. This slow cooker has a nice modern contemporary appearance that looks nice when out in use or if it is stored in view o a counter or open shelf in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this product for use in your home. I will continue to use and test the slow cooker, but so far I have not found any negatives.
